So far, 2020 has been more than a blessing to all of us kdrama fans with great shows like “Crash Landing on you” and few others. Now that, the Month of April is round the corner and we have more exciting shows coming our way. Let us look at the new Korean dramas we will have for the month.

1. How to Buy a Friend
The drama is an adaptation of the webtoon series of the same name. It follows the lives of school students who are in High School. Chang Hong and Don Hyuk have contrasting personalities. Kim So Hye is a senior at high school while Uhm Se Yoon is the famous girl who happens to like Chan Hong.

2. When My Love Blooms
Classic Romantic telling a story of love who mature couple meet after a long long time. Han Jae Hyun is a relative of the JS company. He was into politics when he used to be in college. He believed in simplistic aspects of life as he started becoming materialism came over him.
On the hand, Yoon Ji Soo comes from a humble family and she is struggling to make ends meet in her life after her parents accident.

3. The King: Eternal Monarch
This is a fantasy drama about love and crime that transcends space and time. There are two universes, one of them is the present day South Korea – while the other one is historical South Korea ruled by a King. Both these worlds are interconnected by a door that if misused can bring destruction to all.
To avoid for such an event from happening, the King from the Empire and a detective from the present time join hands to avert such a crisis.

4. Born Again
Born again is a love triangle that has a detective and his love interest and a serial killer who loves the detective’s love interest. 32 years have passed since these three individuals passed away. They make a return as they reincarnate themselves into interesting characters. Each of them take following avatars; prosecutor, bone archaeologist and a medical student.

5. Good Casting
Intriguing Thriller drama that focuses on the lives of female spies. One such talented spy hired by National Intelligence Service is working undercover at an office job. The mission is to collect secrets in a corrupt corporation.
Im Ye Eun is a street smart single mother who struggles to crack the government exam to be selected as spy for the government. Her dream is to land the job but it becomes a balance act for her as she needs to manager her career as well as her child simultaneously.

6. Exemplary Detective
Crime drama that is about two determined people who wants to get to the bottom of the truth and a certain few that is trying to hide it.

7. A Girl’s World
Beautiful story that tells us a lot about friendships at school. It is about 3 friends have different aspirations and outcomes at the school they study. Oh Na Ri is a girl with low self esteem because she feels ugly infront of her other close friends; Imm Yoo Na, Seo Mi Rae.
Im Yoo Na is classy and cool and pretty much has everything she wants. However, she grows tired of the fake friends she has.
Seo Mi Rae is a talent girl who is auditioning for a TV show. She has a lot of admirers and one of them is Oh Na Ri.
