There were many great Thai Dramas to choose from 2019 but a few good shows really caught our attention that kept us entertained. From complicated love stories that moved us into tears to murder mysteries that kept us guessing.

1. He’s coming to me
Met is a lonely ghost. Each year, he sees how the neighboring graves are cleaned, unlike his grave. Neither relatives nor friends visits his grave. One day, a boy comes to the nearby grave and he is able to see Met. The two become friends and spend time together. But later Met finds himself falling for the boy.

2. Theory of Love
Third is a filmology major and a member of the Savage team along with his best friends Too, Bone, and Kai, but he has a secret. Third has been secretly in love with his Kai for years. For three years he has kept his secret love in his heart, silently supporting and loving Kai while knowing there is absolutely no future between them since Kai is as straight as a streetlight pole and also an absolute player. To make matters worse, Kai has a “no dating friends” policy. How long can Third love Kai silently while watching Kai bring a different girl home every night? Third has tried to see Kai as just a friend. But has failed time and time again. Because as easy as it is to fall in love, to stop is just as hard. Maybe even harder. That is until Third learns a secret that breaks his heart completely. But when Third decides to stop, Kai decides to start.

3. 2 Moon 2: The Series
Wayo is accepted at the Kantaphat University, in the Faculty of Sciences; in the same institution, he studies, Phana, a second-year boy he has always been in love with, though he never managed to talk to him. When Wayo has the chance to become the “moon” of his faculty, the two will begin to spend time together because Phana himself has been the “moon” of the medical school the previous year and must supervise the freshmen participating in the competition. Despite initially the strong character of Phana makes it difficult for Wayo any more simple interaction, the two slowly get closer and closer. So, Wayo began to visit friends of Phana, Beam and Kit; it is the latter who suddenly falls in love with Ming, Wayo’s best friend, who begins to court him despite his initial haste.

4. Hua Jai Sila
Tor is a love child of a mistress and a wealthy hi-so man. After his mother dies from neglect, Tor is forced to live with his father’s family. Abused by his stepmother and stepbrother, he turns to the girl-next-door, Mingta, who also suffers neglect at the hands of her so called mother and sister. One night, while being chased by his stepmother, Tor jumps into a river and is presumed dead, though he survives. He is taken under the wing of another prostitute who knew his mother and takes on a new life under the alias, Sila. Years later, he returns as a notorious, rich pimp, with plans to avenge his mother and to get revenge for the torture and pain brought to him by his stepmother and stepbrother. Sila’s main goal is to hurt the people that hurt him as a child, but he never expected to see the only friend he ever had as a child, Mingta. As soon as they see each other, she realizes that he looks familiar to her. She notices a ring he wears around his neck, and immediately comes to the conclusion that he’s Tor, her childhood best friend that supposedly died. But he denies it because of his revenge plan.

5. Great Men Academy
Young girl Love has always dreamed of meeting her crush Vier, a popular guy from the elite men’s school Great Men Academy. One day, she learns that the mystical unicorn rumored to fullfil wishes and wishes for her love for Vier to get a chance. Unfortunately the unicorn interpreted her wishes in a different way and she wakes up to find herself…as a guy?

6. The stranded
Tsunami hits the coasts of an island where more than a dozen teens are stranded at a private school. There is no sight of help coming their way. The will need to survive all by themselves.

7. 3 will be free
Neo is on the run from a gangster (Thana) to whom he owes money. The gang members spot him at a bar where he is employed. They chase him and he runs into two people sitting there, Shin and Mew. Shin is a homosexual guy who is depressed of being rejected by his best friend and Mew is the manager of the bar who suffered a wounded past. Unfortunately, all three get involved in this as they accidentally kill one of the gang members. They need to think together to get out of this situation meanwhile, they start closer in each other’s company.

8. Bai Mai Tee Plid Plew
Nira is a broken soul. He was never accepted by society except for his mother. His father was never present in his life. He wanted a father like his uncle Chatchavee who was warm and caring. But things change when his uncle rejects him when he tells his story of wanting to be a woman. Without the support of anyone, he decides to go for a sex change to become a woman. However, the mother gets hospitalized due to an illness and dies on the operating table. She(Nira) is devastated but a lady doctor enters her life to console her.
Chatchavee meets a beautiful woman and starts to fall for her. The beautiful woman none other than Nira. Find out what happens to them.
