Synopsis: “Bossam – Stealing Fate” will tell the story of a person who accidentally kidnaps a princess. Jung Il Woo is said to have been offered the leading role of Ba Woo, who engages in the practice of connecting widows, who had no hopes of getting remarried, with new husbands. He was framed for conspiracy by someone at a young age and though he was able to escape with his life, he has had to hide his identity and live in poverty since.

The drama will be set during the reign of King Gwanghae, and revolve around Ba Woo and princess Soo Kyung. It will be a story of life and love that touches upon the oppression experienced by women and the impoverished.

  2. This Drama was released in 2021 and there is strill language that real men don’t cry? What!!!!!! Come on scriptwriters that sort of language was irradiated years ago.It is a historical drama yes depicting cruel times to women However, the denigration in not just this drama but all from Korea are making it uncomfortable viewing from a woman in the UK. The Child abuse,is also hard to watch. It is time to wake up. Stop condoning Child abuse, Denigration of women and the image that all men have to behave like psychopaths in order to then be understood. Also it is buffering rather a lot.This comment is not to rubbish it is to inform.

      1. S/he legit said it herself, it’s a historical drama. Obviously they are going to depict what people in the past used to think was acceptable.

    2. it is a historical kdrama as you said so there are things that are obviously messed up that they didn’t see wrong back then e.g toxic masculinity, child abuse etc. these elements are still present in our society today and we are becoming more aware of it talkless of the people of that time.

    3. Noooo, ” real men don’t cry?” -> as far as know, this is a common phrase emphasizing characteristics of an ideal men, in every language I know and heard of. they are used even now in most of the house holds…

      If you feel uncomfortable, DON’T WATCH.

      And about buffering, you should probably switch to OTT platforms.
      You should have patience and not complain when you get things for FREE
