    I liked the series overall and though the very tail end was predictable, I still cried buckets.

  6. Even if you say that rebirth or transmigration story is common, it’s still there that makes you want to watch it because it has the right mix of plot and characters. What I liked about the story was the reality that it was really difficult to give up vengeance or revenge, especially if the whole family or clan had been lost. Nonetheless, it also showed the repercussions of every negative actions they took. The lesson learned was that you have to be responsible in every deed that you make and make sure to know that nothing comes good if you have the heart that was full of anger. I also liked the part that no matter how bad their mother was, they will still defend her not because I am biased towards mothers. In my opinion, the story here showed that the children’s feelings they have towards their mother was that the greatest love they can only give for her that they known in their own way. And lastly, I also liked the character of Ji Chu whom he changed to become a better person for his wife.

    However the actor for the father/king did not justify his acting.I hope that next time he’ll improve. He doesn’t have different expressions for different feelings that he should act for his role. He looked dull in the whole episodes same with Lin Xi Yao.

  7. what justice was this! both kids trying to die saving their mom who was vicious till the end! what is the use of such a woman! bad decision and no justice for GYQ and JC…they lived their lives miserable till the end and only they suffered and that woman got a easy way out! baddddd!!! though the end made them meet again as predicted! still blandddd

  8. Oh wow! Even if I thought at the beginning, what a wondrous story this is, I really loved the character development and plots on their way from Saulus to Paulus and vice versa.
    The Story had lots of funny moments and I really enjoyed it even if I cried my head out for Wan’Er (two times) and the female ml gave me headaches with her attitude tu push ml back at ep 33.
    For the sparkle of hope I’m thankful to the author and directors!
    Absolutely recommendet!
    Now that the story is comming to it’s end I’m feeling lost, lonely and left behind.

  9. Wow! I was convinced in the first episodes. Characters were well defined and their development was good. I liked how the complexities of family relationships and difficult decisions to be made were depicted, the characters were not undecisive and always endorsed their choices. The female characters were all smart yet fragile in their own individualities as much as the male characters strong and weak with their own flaws at the same time. Excellent ending too! Loved this series

Waitng the ending always Chinese drama is like this from the 1rst episode is very good but they ruin the ending it makes ruin the drama 😭🥺💔 we all know what the ending of travelling to ancient but could be make happy ending before fl is comeback 😭 and even drama is not ribert travelling ancient time alwys bad ending 😒😥
