  9. You gotta love Seung Hyo. He’s so naively obvious about his feelings that it’s a miracle he manages to hide them. Watching him in such fruitless denial is sweet and painful at the same time. He literally can’t convince even himself . I hope Seok Ryu doesn’t keep him on standby for long, because it’s sad to see him like this, helplessly in love head over heels. When you think how consistent he is even after so many years, he didn’t even change his facial expression.

    Chris wasn’t a fiance after all, but he caused Seok Ryu no less pain. There is a saying: Give a man the power to see him for what he is. And somehow it always turns out that those with power use it to abuse those less powerful. Work harassment is such a serious and painful topic that it requires a deep analysis and the involvement of various social structures in order to take the first step towards stopping it. As always, the culprit is that part of human nature that should be suppressed at all costs, but somehow, as a rule, emerges whenever a person gets power. I’m glad that at least one culprit paid the price for his wrongdoing, but I’d like even more if things went like this in reality.

    As usual the messages at the end of the episode are brilliant.

  11. God, I was so mad watching all the feud with her ex-coworker and screaming out “Why the heck are you just watching, beat him” and SHE REALLY DID IT. I was like “yes, that’s my girl”.

    You don’t know how loudly I screamed when I am supposed to be studying for my exams lol.🤣🤣
    And please girl, how can you be that oblivious about his feelings???? He is dying there and is showing his heart out to you. How can you?😶

I want and feel like he will burst one day…..dun know their back story, and dun know if he made any grave mistake in the past for his wife to be this cold and indifferent towards him, but he’s too calm and patient….though I feel that she’s frustrated because she didn’t want to be in Korea, or perhaps that’s what she shows, and he isn’t expressive at all and she wants him to show some emotions and stop her from leaving for work to far away places all the time….there’s definitely a huge communication gap in this family….

    I think he’ll pop like he did with Seok ryu’s father….he just needs a couple drinks to do that lolx….

  23. well, there we go, got rid of the ex, as usual, nothing to match the looks or attire of our leading guy, again dismissed for his behaviour, but how on earth did she fall for a loser like that in the first place? Now the poor ML has on a few occasions come to a point where he had the FL in his arms, very very close, being a male myself, what’s he thinking, friend, girlfriend, or just a neighbour, just go for it, gosh what’s next I ask myself.?

  29. Loving his character so far. Have seen this actor, Jun Suk Ho, in many dramas and I feel like he is very underappreciated. He is the kind who can do menacing role well like he did in Life on Mars.

    As said, she is quickly becoming my fav FL. Just hope so her background story would be solid as well.

  32. The acting of allll actors saved this drama for me so far. Cos the transition between scenes (some within a scene too) could’ve been smoother I feel. JSM’s acting when she confronted Chris. So gd! How many times have I repeated that scene? YES.

    And my heart is breaking so much cos of Seunghyo’s last line in the letter. Thinking he would confess in their 20s and now they’re in their 30s and things are still the same 😭😭😭. Reality or whatttt. Hais.

  33. I’m really moved because of what happened to her because of workplace harassment. That is so unfair and cruel.
    I really liked how he defended her first, but then she didn’t let herself be intimidated and defended him too, when Chris threatened the company she reacted.
    I love the story, he has always been in love and she doesn’t seem to see that love.

    even after multiple years later her hug still take his breath away, the way seunghyo still fighting demons with that hug both then and now😭 her embrace still have the same effect on him, he still all flushed and surprised, it’s like she’s taking him to the beginning, then and still now he have love and will always love seokryu
    her tiptoeing to hug seunghyo while wearing the slippers he lend her, the love locks, namsan tower, the vibe…the way he smiled..everything is so romantic
    seunghyo couldn’t believe the content of his own letter, he’s having a life crisis right then and there😂
    the way he keeps on peeking in disbelief and starts panicking and the way bro is running for his life he doesn’t even look back for a sec, seunghyo’s expression of disbelief is epic, he looks so flustered 😭😂
    p.s- seunghyo’s afraid of confessing his feelings cause he values their friendship so much….that’s so heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time

    THE SCENE WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AND IT’S THE MOST SATISFACTORY ONE BECAUSE MY QUEEN TOOK A STEP FOR HERSELF AND SEUNGHYO PROTECTING HER 🔥
    the way they delivery of the scene, angry seunghyo pining him and that guy he wanted her to beg him but instead got thrashed by her, that nasty a$$hole needed more thrashings
    seunghyo didn’t need words to know she wasn’t comfortable with that man the way he protected her and pinned that man away from her, followed her and sat quietly with her and even bought her slippers as she wasn’t comfortable with her heels, whole green flag and a gentleman behavior
    AHHHHHHHHHHHHH YOU TELLING ME TO WAIT FOR A WHOLE WEEK TO WITNESS THIS
    p.s- finally our hyereung-dong gang is complete, we saw our finally our chaotic and cute 2 couples together in one frame
