Synopsis: A drama about a man who buys houses and a woman who lives in one of these houses.

Yoo Ja Sung (Kim Ji Suk) is the CEO of a real estate investment company and magazine company Monthly House. Studying during the day, working in a restaurant in the evenings, as a driver at night, and on weekends at construction sites, Yoo Ja Sung cut his sleep time to a minimum in order to study real estate on his own, eventually becoming an investment expert and a wealthy man who owns real estate worth tens of billions won.

Na Young Won (Jung So Min) is a magazine editor with 10 years of experience who has lived alone in a rented house for those 10 years. She believes that her home is the place where she can be herself. However, when she meets her new homeowner, Yoo Ja Sung, Na Young Won starts looking for her own home and becomes interested in the real estate market. Subsequently, a romance begins between them.

Shin Kyum (Jung Gong Joo) is a camping enthusiast and professional photographer. Living by the principles of “you only live once” and “balance of work and life”, Shin Kyum decided to become a photographer, rather than inherit his father’s business. He is also Na Young Won’s neighbor and co-owner of a convenience store, which allows them to cross paths more often.
