  3. Another revelation today! So now we know why YGin is soo jealous and hate JWon!
    ARin’s father was YGin ex. She saw him leaving the hotel room that cause her miscarriage that day. Since now that JWon has total lost and recollection of her current and past, the burden of proof to unravel the truth is on her husband’s guilt. And it appears SYeong really loves JWon and trying to investigate what happen 7 yrs ago!

  8. Ayigooo. I am watching as I am writing this: She has a medical condition where she blends out her traumatic experiences, just as she blended out her r@pe/infidelity. She has a subconscious self that tries to tell her that blending it out does not solve problems, but this is the only way for her to cope. I think her husband will find out about her condition and actually try to help her, and ultimately find out more about what happened 7 years ago, because we now know he is not “the bad guy”.

  12. So I can see in the end Sun Yeoung and Jae Won getting back together. All of their scheming and hurting eachother is rooted in their non-communication. The husband will become the ally that we all did not expect/ see coming. So after finding the father of Ah Rin, he will unravel the whole mystery surrounding his wife and Yoon Jin’s family.

    Yoon Jin and Sun Yeoung are both being manipulated by Yoon Jin’s father. She could clearly see in the picture that Jae Won was passed out. Not communicating is the stupidest thing you can do. Scheming in the shadow is not the right way to go.

    Yoon Jin’s father is 100% the wolf in sheep’s clothing. He is supporting Jae Won, just to get his hands on Dereve. He has been doing bad things to Jae Won since many years, and by getting rid of Yoon Jin’s boyfriend by putting him and Jae Won into a hotel room, he has created a world where he has put everyone against Jae Won.

    What a twisted drama, but everything is coming together neatly.

    her father never gave her the attention he gave JW because the latter was more talented or serious about her talent and future than wacko
    she saw her bf and JW go into a hotel room Why not go and confront then and there

    if she says i don’t remember nothing happened then you remember that she has an illness and could have been taken advantage of her cause that ex has the looks of a jerk

I would’ve preferred if the crazy friend messed with the DNA result, or TH was the father (like she would’ve slept with him when she switched to her other personality). NOT SA. That poor woman. I thought this would be about revenge on her part, i’ll wait for the last episode before continuing to watch this.

Yunjin is a psycho who wants what she cannot have and claim it hers when it’s not and directing the blame in totally wrong direction . she is really shamless for trying to harm Jaewon like that even though she >knew bout her sickness and how she never knew even realized that her Ex taking advantage of her best friend.

    I really feel bad for Jaewon for going all through that alone , it’s almost her whole life she was alone and in pain. Son young wanted her to live in hell but she was already living in hell alone.

    Now only Tae oh and Nam Taeju’s stories are left , can’t wait to see how it all unfolds.

  17. So FL’s friend’s ex-fiance is the father of FL’s child? That night, when her friend saw the photo (who sent it to her? a detective? a reporter?), she miscarried her pregnancy and then broke up with her fiancé? In fact, it was understandable that she hated her friend. She blames her for the loss of the child and that’s why she wants FL’s daughter to become her daughter. As for the photo. Many people write here that no one should think that FL cheated on her husband on purpose. But it’s not that obvious just based on the photos. Many people assume cheating because it is a typical pattern. It is easier to accept cheating than to think that someone has been a victim of violence. Additionally, in Korean culture, a drunk woman is considered capable of making decisions. Probably many of us has watched dramas in which FL, who was drunk was kissed by ML. These situations are never condemned by the drama’s narrative. There are plenty of videos on YouTube about situations where drunk women in the SK who were taken advantage of by someone in a nightclub are not seen by many people as victims, but as someone who was looking for “trouble”. Here in the drama, at the beginning, the husband also immediately assumed cheating. Only later did he realize what the situation could have been and that FL could have been the victim.
    But as for fatherhood, I’m waiting for confirmation in the plot that the father is who we think he is at this stage of the drama. It seems to me that the drama may be deceiving us and only in a few episodes the truth will come to light.

  18. Did FL’s former friend know for 7 years that FL’s daughter was not ML’s daughter? Did she make DNA texts for them? Did she suspect it? But she became ML’s lover quite recently, from what we know from the drama. Why did she wait 7 years? She had no occasion for any plan against FL? What does she know about Teo that she teases him all the time? Or just the fact that he is in love with FL? Is it just this or something more than that? Soimething bad and shocking? The fact that FL’s friend’s ex-fiance may be the father of FL’s child is too weak for this drama. He is some insignificant character in the drama. In my opinion, he’s someone who has a bigger role in the overall plot.

I get that he as crying about not knowing about the illness and crying because he hurt his wife and because she got r worded, and I love that he is crying his eyes out because of all that, but WHY is he not comforting her???? Why did he not give her a hug??? Tf.

    Anyways, did yall see the preview??? HOLY SHIT. The slap that the dad gave the husband was so satisfying!!!! And so were the punches from the husband to what I assume is the ex of yoon jin. I litteraly can not wait!!!

  20. I’m sorry but i cannot and will not stomach whatever redemption arc they’re gonna give her husband because no, just no. His reaction to her ” infidelity” was definitely not normal or appropriate( not that there’s any “normal” response to cheating in general but still) he’s was just extremely extreme. It was wicked ,evil and diabolical. Especially coming from a man that claimed to “love” his wife so much ,it definitely didn’t make any sense.

    Like some other comment said ” if he wasn’t interested in raising someone else’s child, he could’ve just left”, and if he had filed for full custody at the time, he might have won on grounds of spousal infidelity. But no he didn’t do any of that. Instead he decided to formulate and execute this extremely elaborate and evil “revenge” of sorts just to get back at his wife.

    Also, a couple of things I’m curious about.
    1. At what point in JW’s career did he discover that AR wasn’t his child?
    2. Were they still sexually active after the paternity reveal? Or even after he started dating her friend?

    If JW was already successful when her husband found out about her infidelity than maybe, just maybe ,it might explain his extreme reaction. In the sense that he might have already been experiencing feelings of jealousy and emasculation (a. k.a men can’t handle their female partners being the more successful one in the relationship)due to her success cause it really felt like he was or had been waiting very patiently for he her to f*** up just so he can get back at her. He reminds me of Cha Se Eum’s husband from Maestra ughh !!! creepy!!!

    Am kinda relieved this clears Te Oh and Jae Won’s dad LoL. So Jae Won’s real name was Yoon Jin before she changed it. Yoon Jin had a miscarriage due to her ex’s betrayal. Then why Jae Won and not the scum ex?!

  27. I don’t understand why Yoon Jin is taking her revenge on Jea Won. I totally understand what she’s been through is difficult but she knows about her friend’s mental health condition. at least the husband didn’t know and just took revenge based on the assumption that Jae Won did it on purpose.
    However, it seems like Yoon Jin’s obsession with Jae Won started after the wedding and her father who keeps comparing her with Jae Won. So maybe she even got into a relationship for the sake of being like her friend but she failed to get her happiness and she’s blaming it on Jae Won.

She’s a literal psycho omg I hate her so much. and the husband I get why he’s crying but he cant even give his wife a hug, like why are you lecturing her js because she didn’t tell you. You’re suppose to comfort her and tell her its ok and that he’ll help her omg, he also gets on my nerves. Tbh I like Te-Oh because he’s the only person that’s actually been helping JW from the start.   29. It’s so heartbreaking to watch an “earlier version” of JaeWon in the driver’s seat, not remembering all the tragic events that had just hit her one after the other. Her unstable brain definitely trying to protect her by going back to a previous state where she thought she had a trusted best friend, a faithful husband and a happy married life. Where she thought she was happy.

    But in reality her world is slowly collapsing around her. Again. This is so tragic.

  31. as this episode progress I keep questioning, what’s makes FL friend is so hateful toward FL, and they explain it right away.
    I get it now, that she has a reason to get the best of FL. after everything that she is jealous of toward FL, she must has tough that FL are cheating behind his back all this time, and his pride can’t comfort the betrayal. so she decide to take everything FL has, the cheating are the big trigger for her. furthermore she is miscarriage because of the shock.

  33. when I first watched this drama, I kept on wondering why everybody was out to get the FL lead then I learned about the cheating and all that then I was wondering why the friend would do that to her friend cause I refused to believe it was out of jealousy especially with her father steady comparing them, why? because when the two first met the friend was kind hearted and her father was already bad to her and she had accepted she could never be good to her father and their friendship didn’t show signs of jealousy. Don’t get me wrong I know that people can be twisted for no reason and pretend to be good.

    now, realistically speaking, people saying that the SFL is being bitchy and why she didn’t trust her friend cause its clear she was raped, no its not. its only clear to us she was raped. But people drink and book hotels to have affairs this includes friends of many years. Everybody needs to understand that the FL had everything she could ask for in the eyes of her friend. so for her to end up in a hotel with her man totally made her see dark to make matters worse she ended up losing her child in the mist of it.and the FL continued to leave like nothing happened and this obviously made her even angrier and betrayed, so she decided to work on her own revenge. That is why for her she went after the husband and her child because she knows they meant everything to her friend just like she lost her child and man too.

    like she said she has nothing to lose, she already lost everything,i mean what happened to her is good grounds for revenge totally except she is unaware of the whole truth. somebody set them up though and I wonder who did and why… they got the female lead drunk and raped her, sent the picture to the friend, friend sent picture to husband and informed him about the child?? (oh Im convinced she’s AMI cause she has studied abroad and got an English name), that’s how she managed to approach him for sure because without that she wouldn’t have managed to do it…my question is why was the husband looking for the Childs father if he didn’t think the wife was raped

  34. The thing is from my understanding, she did not even know she was r*aped at the event, is after the husband started his revenge, she connected the dots. Him getting angry initially is understandable, However, he kept it a secret and held it against her for many years without investigating and hearing from her what happened. I do believe that JW suffers from depression, however her psychosis and manic episodes doesn’t seem to be related to her mental state but related to the medication she is taking. Her doctor is one to be trusted as well…I think.

    If you ask me, the husband is a psycho and is also suffering from mental illness. I can’t understand why he didn’t ask JW what happened at the event and instead used the incident to start a revenge on her. Who does that? The husband is also hiding something…a big secrete. The mention of his “dead brother” is a plot I’m looking out for.

  37. the major flaw is the writing here, the fact that Soon young didn’t confront Jae won all these years and kept playing riddles with her for her to connect the dots herself is utterly stupid….I understand that it’s difficult for people to confront their partners in such situations, cx you’re afraid to say what you’ve seen or heard, and you’re more afraid to hear that “yes, I cheated, and m still cheating” or “it was just a one night stand and I didn’t even know cz I was drunk”…..and I think both Yoon jin and Soon young were afraid to face this….and none of them knows that she had her medicines and then drinks on top of that….not saying that what they did was right, it was absolutely wrong, but I also understand their situation….we now have a man who’s daughter isn’t his daughter and a woman who lost her child because of the stress of her bf cheating on her….and now I get y she’s obsessed with A rin, cz A rin is basically her
    ex bf’s daughter and she was also pregnant with his child which she lost…..so probably she thinks that A rin is basically her daughter…..

    I would once again say, that I understand their rage and their urge for revenge, but the fact that they both didn’t talk to Jae won for gud 7 years, is ridiculous plot point….its not even 7 weeks or 7 months, it’s 7 years…..

  40. In episode 7, we understand husband revenge. In episode 8, we understand FL BFF yoo jin actions revenge.
    Ofcourse ,Those things happen to husband and BFF yoo jin, even that happen in real life with anyone,they also can’t accept this and might take revenge.FL had disease from teen age, which she also isnt clear as well her loved ones. Her stepfather knew about it, but he ain’t taking any help just let it flow …
    Since the title is my happy ending, hope wife may connect good relation with her husband and BFF. Her BFF was reason she had this career,but misunderstanding leads them in dark path.

Nevertheless, he has to live with his guilt for adulterous revenge after learning he does not have an adulterous wife, but a sick wife who has been raped (because she chose to irresponsibly drink alcohol, knowing she was on meds). When you do something and you know better, then something bad happens…it’s ultimately on you.

  44. LOOOK YA i think the writers have started this off wrong when the husband was written off to be a cheater, and doesn’t have empaty on his wife and the r word. Now they are trying to shove it down our throat that he is remorseful, doing his investigation of who was it that took advantage of his wife, feeling sad that he wanted to let his wife live a hellish life cus of him not being the biological father blah blah blah…
    it is HARD TO Empathize WITH HIM I do not care abt his tears and him doing his research at this point i’m MORE INTERESTED in the Jaewon, her bipolar, her mental health, her amesia (yes I diagnosised her of that) her countless mental health issues the drama doesn’t address, her crazy delulu friend, the crazy reporter, the crazy insurance guy and his agenda, the foundation leader guy, who the biological fatheris and so on.

I am getting tired yawn.. … seeing the witch keeps winning while the FL started strong but is not… can i see progress, incidences keep repeating while the people who know she is sick let’s her go to work, being absent minded, cannot remember anything etc.. etc… watching the preview for next eps, seems like the people around her are also weak and getting manipulated by the witch….. if this story doesn’t turn around soon, I will just drop it…

  56. I get Heo SY misunderstanding JW as he wasn’t aware of her illness, it’s only normal to assume what happened that day as cheating (cause if a married man got drunk and knocked up a woman that’ll be considered cheating too).

    BUT her friend is seriously the real sick one here she’s a pure psycopath who has inferiority complex, she knows about JW condition and never once confronted her BF who was sober enough to carry her drunk bestfriend but planned for years and went on try to steal JW husband and daughter ? Just how obsessed is she about JW “perfect life”.

    I won’t even call JW life perfect being bullied as a child, you’re mom gabbling you, living your entire life scared of people discovering your illness, having to hide it to your own husband and waking up with 0 souvenir after a traumatic event IS NOT AT ALL A PERFECT LIFE.

  58. Wow, this drama really knows how to play the ‘2 sides to every story’ card. So far, nobody is 100% innocent, or 100% evil either.

    I still hate her friend, but losing her baby and the fact that both her father and ex-boyfriend seemed to choose her best friend over her probably caused serious mental issues.

    My heart broke for the husband when he realized that he was the one who finally ‘broke’ our FL, after she tried so hard to keep it all together for so many years.

    I don’t think it was ever just about the betrayal of Arin not being his daughter. I think it was the fact that he believed she kept on betraying his trust for the next seven years, by keeping up the lie and not feeling any remorse.
