  1. I was mildly annoyed by this girl in Isumi’s cooking club. She took up most of his time to learn cooking from him. It’s a ploy to spend time getting to know more about Isumi because she has a crush on him.

    It couldn’t be helped since Amasawa absent mindedly cheered Isumi on as the girl’s sensei. It’s one of Amasawa being dense for sending his cook away to the girl. Isuni, on the other hand, growing to like Amasawa. He likes to spend more time with Amasawa but hesitated sending a text inviting himself over to cook at Amasawa’s place.

    Isumi’s student confesses to him after a long winded explanation of her reasons for growing fond of him. From her example of liking him, Isumi sees that he too has reasons to like Amasawa. Thus, he turned her down telling her he has a person he likes.

    In Isumi’s absence, Amasawa got hold of two figurines that resembled themselves. Amasawa presented that the big one is him while the small one with some gold fur is Isumi insinuating that they are a pair like the two figurines . I believe Amasawa came close to either confessing or proposing to date Isumi.

  2. Isumi is so smitten for Mr. Policeman. The way Amasawa seems so genuine with his words, even I would believe everything he would say 😅 We’ve been seeing the story from Isumi’s POV till now, but I would love to see Amasawa’s POV as well, and how he views this relationship.

  8. Note: This episode 3 just got uploaded with subtitles after 4 and 5 were released weeks before.

    Should have suspected the too good to be true dream scenario. The close and almost too close to kiss.

    Then SNAP! 💨 awake

    Episode 3 is cute and the way it’s filmed and produced looks like the scenes that pop out from a manga page.

    I love their playful interaction when it’s not food related. Braggarts 😆

    For me, Amasawa’s care and concern of Isumi is just almost close to a confession. Amasawa should have blurted out Isumi is precious to him and not as a friend who cooks his meals.

    With this episode inserted here in the correct sequence, it makes sense that later Isumi would not mind learning Taichi from Amasawa on their supposed date.
