  2. Omg, I can’t stand the female lead. Not only is she written in such a cliché way, but she’s also completely out of touch: she visited a poor af family clad in luxury goods from head to toe (and her handbag was an obvious anachronism, the stylist can’t even do their job properly). I don’t understand why we should waste so much time on her family drama and the “love triangle” when the story should be about the two boys’ fates. There’s so much potential here but we’re stuck seeing her rearrange the convenience store selves… They’re also gave her the most ridiculous sob story ever, I rolled my eyes so much I almost got dizzy. No problem with the actress but the way the character is written just brings the whole story down. Ugh ?‍♀️ I would rather suffer the switched-at-birth plot twist they’re foreshadowing.

  3. what if seungchon and taeyong are switched when they’re still babies? the real seungchon is smart when it comes to business, on the other hand, the real taeyong is good when it comes to drawing. they also have the same birthdays!!

  4. How is that her fault that the girl died from leukemia? She got it from touching the watch or something? I thought it would be at least something like “she went somewhere in my place bc I bullied her to it and she died there”. I swear kdramas will make character feel bad for a stranger catching cancer but not for people mistreating their family, bulling others or cheating…

    1. My guess is that her cancer was exacerbated by the stolen watch. The stress of having to deal with the case and her friendship with Juhee falling apart (since Juhee mentioned that she and Nara were friends before the incident happened), transferring schools, and everything that comes with it (adjusting to a new school, making new friends, etc) might’ve made her condition worse. I don’t like Na Juhee nor the shoehorned-in romances the writers are setting up (Taeyong/Juhee/Seungcheon love triangle and Munki/Sungah), but the writers wouldn’t think the audience is that stupid to come to the conclusion that a simple golden watch causes cancer.

  15. It’s interesting how he tries to make taeongs life better, as well as his own, regardlessof circumstances.. But Taeong may well be out for revenge. Even if Taeong recovers his life now he’s much better off.
