Synopsis: Kim Ji Yong is an adult who experienced a traumatic childhood when his mother was beaten to death in the street and her killer only received three and a half years in prison. Seeking justice, Ji Yong takes matters into his own hands and beats the murderer brutally. To remain undetected, he leads two lives: one as a model student at the police university and the other as a vigilante who punishes criminals who have been released early from their sentences or have otherwise received light sentences. His criminal activities generate both admiration and fear of the mysterious vigilante who is now known as Kim Ji Yong. As Detective Cho Heon attempts to uncover the vigilante’s identity, Ji Yong is assisted by admirer Cho Kang Ok.
