Coffee and Vanilla is a love story that follows the live of Shiroki Risa and Hiroto Fukami. Shiroka is a student at the Tokyo University. She is attractive but kept herself away from boys. But the 30 year old Hiroto walks into her life who runs a business. His nature is calm and cool. As they get into a relationship, Shiroki finds there is a wounded past to his life.

2. A Story to Read When You First Fall in Love

This drama is based on a bright student called Junko. Unfortunately, she could not crack the prelims to get into the Tokyo University. This pushes her into a depression and becomes a life of struggle for her. In her 30s, she works at state funded school and is still single.

3. Kakafukaka

The young Aki Terade is pretty much jobless who is barely surviving doing side jobs. Her current state is due to her boyfriend who had an affair with someone else. Because of which she moved out of the house. She goes to Tomoya’s place to stay who was her first love. Tomoya has developed an erectile dysfunction recently. Find out what happens to the both.

4. Nagi’s Long Vacation

Oshima Nagi is in her late 20’s who works in a factory in Tokyo. She is non-confrontational and an introvert to get along with people. One day, she breaks down trying too hard to be nice  and her boyfriends negatively criticizes her for it. She feels pressured and resigns from her job, moves out of the apartment, keeps distance with her critical boyfriend. Her priorities change in life, she opts for a new look and lets herself be as she is.

5. What Did You Eat Yesterday? (Kinou Nani Tabeta?)

The drama focuses on the life of a lawyer called Kakei Shiro who works at a small firm. When he is at home cooks up tasty meals for the family. Yabuki Kenji, is his roommate. Both meet at the table for dinner to discuss what went down with their daily lives. Shiro is a closeted gay but he accidentally tells his roommate about this.

6. Radiation House

Radiation House is a medical drama that follows the life of people working at a hospital. Igarashi Iori is reputed radiographer who just landed from the US. 7. Mood Indigo (Pornographer)

A college reunion brings Shiro Kido and Rio Kijima together after many years. They meet at their professor’s funeral. There was a competition betweem the two since they were students. Two of them take different paths but they find they have so much in common than they actually thought. Two men come to share their feelings for each other.
