  4. Last scene was so beautiful <3 I see the chemistry coming from her, it might take time to see it coming from Jang Uk..he looks dark, sad and wounded, hopefully he will also open his heart for his new lover. Can't wait to see the evolution of their relationship

  6. Sorry but even while acting I don’t see any chemistry with this lead actress. I’ll continue watching it though to see if it actually starts growing before they actually bring back the Mudeok’s character with the previous actress.

This felt like catching up to see how old friends were doing, after many years, the familiarity was present in seeing the gang all together, bar one, but it was a reunion longed for, from my part, and i am sure many others, alot of this first episode was riddled with deja vu, i am especially glad that AoS has this sensibility as a series, to pack in so much, and time is almost non-existent, because it is fun to watch.
    JangUk’ intro back into our daily, was off to a great start, it reminded me of how JangGang was first intro’d to us, allowing us to witness his power against soul shifters, only JangUk, now has added power, with Ice stone in him.
    JangUk meeting BY/Naksu, had familiarity in it too, from the way she posed to defend her self with the brass poker and brass plate, and how she could see the ice stone in him, was reminiscent of how he noticed the blue in her eyes when she was mudeok, I must admit, I am an ukiedeokie stan too, but i enjoyed the interaction between JangUk and BY, so far, like mudeok, she has no one else that seems to be able to help her, but JangUk, and her trust in him is naive, but when you see no other, way out for her you are glad she is brazen enough to seize the opportunity and take it, i don’t see her as clingy, because it is her rightful place with JangUK, it’s just a matter of time, and if the writer’s don’t screw us over again:D

    I also, like many, miss Mu-deok but I was actually so surprised when I heard BY speak. Sometimes she sounds like Mu-deok to me. I don’t think Naksu/Mu-deok is dead, if her body was able to come back to life even after being set on fire I don’t see why her soul wouldn’t be somewhere in there too.
    The first season had a light atmosphere draped sometimes with Naksu’s extremes ways to achieve her goals which would set the pace nicely for the series. Here in the second season we have a reverse role, BY is taking the role of the cheery/lovable character while Jang Uk will be the serious one.

    Dark, vindictive and no-nonsense Jang Uk… to be honest, I AM LOVING IT. ?

  13. I know it’s only the 1st episode of Part 2, but please just tell us how Naksu’s body returned after it was supposedly burned in Part 1. And, what happened to Mudeok/Jin Bu-yeon’s body. ??

    Even if Naksu lost her memory, her personality is quite different, especially when she cheerfully hugs Jang Uk. It’s strange to see Naksu look to a man & marriage to escape Jinyowon. Old Naksu would save herself. Which leads me to actor Jung So-min: sad & depressing that her work in portraying Naksu (in Mudeok’s body) & creating Naksu’s personality is discarded in a way.

    Cho-yeon still a bitch…she never deserved Dang-gu. And, her mother, Lady Jin, is still just as crazy obsessed in trying to make anyone be Bu-yeon.

    That stupid So-yi…can totally do without her in Part 2. How has she not been caught if she’s still lurking around the capital?!

    And Jin Mu…that bastard.

  15. Holy sake im freaking confused. I though that Buyeon will go back to her body and Naksu to hers but I dont understand why if that is Naksu’s body they are treating her as if she is Buyeon

      1. Same like if Naksu was in Bu-yeon’s body before and it was burned and whatnot does that mean that bu-yeon’s soul entered Naksu’s body? Is it that naksu’s sould if dead and now bu-yeon’s sould is taking over?

  16. Woooww!! Wooow!! The wait is worth i must say!! I tho miss mu doek soo much and our ukiee-doekiee couple but naksu is good ngl…and for them who’re kept saying why uk doesn’t recognised naksu after watching her face listen ukie never saw her face and he just saw her while the body was burning and mu deok was standing far from the body to watching it burning (please go and cheak the last season again)
    My favourite duo crown prince and ukie has back? and 2 bestie jung uk, seo yuk and danggu??
    Our pretty cho yeon is now a cold queen!!
    Kim doja and park jin is still hilarious ?
    I’m loving this!! Thank you writer nim for having the season 2 for us☺
    Btw who was that man whom gave liquor to naksu/ bu yoen? Anyone know his name? He is soo handsome and i think i know him but can’t remember his name?

  20. Even after watching ep 1 I’m crying already?
    I’m missing mudeok more than anything, I miss her angry body gesture and her eyes fills with angerness also the way of her talking. I just can’t forget her after all of this time?
    Still trying to adjust with the new naksu.

    1. mudeok’s gestures, her face expressions, and her manners are all naksu, so there isn’t a “new” naksu. she’s always been the same

      1. That’s true but they were unique cus it was Bu-yeon’s body but Naksu’s personality. And is it just me but I feel like the new actor for bu-yeon is most trying to replicate mudeok’s mannerisms in a way

    2. New Naksu has lost all her memories, she forgot all her sorrows, all her struggles, so thats why she’s bright and doesn’t have that sad and angry look in her eyes. That’s my guess. But I also think that new Naksu is quite similar to the old one, the way she calls Jang Uk and her confidence level is just the same lol. GoYoonJung slayed! She really did a great job.

    The two leads don’t even have any connection, I think Jang Uk still want mudeok ?
    I don’t feel his vibe with the new female lead… to me, she’s too slow ?

  36. Hum what great relationships they all developed in three years! The atmosphere is too cheerful for me, i can’t stand this much happiness…
    It’s a perfect drama for christmas times !
    Seriously they need to sit around all together and get some therapy asap or it will be unbearable and more akward. They have to stop to play victims… and to cook (these scenes are hilarious and thanks God they help to relax this mess)

    The “Will you marry me ?” scene made me giggle, while she is supposed to marry another one (which of course she believes to be Yul. Great one, writers !)
    And Uk who’s willing to use her powers, just like she did before…
    I appreciate all these pieces of déjà-vu they added, reversed all perfectly ! Can’t wait for next episodes !

    3. I think BY mother thinks BY’s soul got in Naksu’s body when Naksu shifted in BY’s body.
      My take on the whole situation is when Mu-deok died last season both BY and Naksu went back to Naksu’s original body. As in the 1st season is hinted that both of them were sharing the same body (BY/Mu-deok body).
