Synopsis: Nira is a broken soul. He was never accepted by society except for his mother. His father was never present in his life. He wanted a father like his uncle Chatchavee who was warm and caring. But things change when his uncle rejects him when he tells his story of wanting to be a woman. Without the support of anyone, he decides to go for a sex change to become a woman. However, the  mother gets hospitalized due to an illness and dies on the operating table. She(Nira) is devastated but a lady doctor enters her life to console her.
