1. My dislike towards Huan’s mom is always on the high it never gets low from the very start. Gods I want to slap her so bad so that she could come to her senses. Is she gonna be this irreparable even in the latter parts? She’s giving me too much headache 😫

2. Now is the start of the true test for Zhi Ming. Grandma knew exactly what she was doing. She has set it up so sooner or later, Zhi Ming is going to have to make a moral decision. I also think in her own way Grandma paid Huan a big complement in that she knows that this will set her up against Zhi Ming, and somehow I think Grandma believes that not only can Huan handle it , she can change her stubborn grandson’s mind and heart.

   Her words in the letter – damn. “I hope you won’t live like a rootless duckweed, always trying to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. You should know that the human touch matters most between people. This is how you lead a warm and delightful like.” Again, I Iove grandma.

   And I know most of us have had it with Huan’s mom, but she is small potatoes compared to Ms. Zang and Mao’s ex. Mom is an arrogant fool, but Zang is dangerous. She is power hungry and I get the feeling she isn’t afraid of doing illegal underhanded things. I really didn’t like that look she gave her assistant when she talked about letting Huan face reality. I suspect this will get very nasty for Huan.
   Finally, I literally cheered when the brother punched Mao’s ex. I am not happy with the addition of him in the show, but it helps if I just view him as a tool to bring Mao and the brother together. I think everyone can tell that the only reason the ex is back is because he needs Mao’s design skills. I think he foolishly thought he could progress without her, but now his own designs aren’t working. I think that’s the only reason he even attempted the collaboration idea.
   I never thought mom would end up being the least of my concerns now. Ms. Zang and Mao’s ex now top that list.

3. ex-husband is spot on. The way bestie was helping fl’s brother if she was in a happy married life with her ex-husband then it can be called adultery… in the future (bestie + fl’s brother + bestie daugher) can play 3

4. oh god mom is putting airs of the new rich kid on the block! uff cant stand her cheap jealousy of taking the house and cash for buying a house from her daughter!!! that hotel stand the test yet to come! losses are too much and it needs revamp! sad granny left it all for her she could have made it 50/50 to be fair..now that gal doesnt know to manage and his partner is rushing him guess he will lose or resign his job soon…and his asst also a spy from the partner! if he has likes for her and he cant propose that now since it would be another misunderstanding!!!

What ever the decision of grandma was it was clear to zhiming.that somehow he will have some footing in the hotel.rights after grandma gave some positive to that proposal except the employees .n he said he will take care if it . Ok by the way despite he wanted the hotel he never had ise d underhanded tractcis .despite being some changes grandma who knows what her mom is like who barges n some How greedy gave all jewlweely n hotel then how could they will affect the business is crystal. Also the hotel is running onj red . Wi5hout heko or zhimimg she can’t overcome the battle n yes he will take the call to help her

8. I think the grandma should have left the hotel to both of them and a clause that one cannot do anything without the other because at the end of it all ..his her blood relative…I have no words for the mother because at this point she can’t be redeemed

11. I don’t know how the writers created a character like Huan’s mom. She is not even unrealistic, but she is so bloody awful that I can’t even see redeeming quality in her. She’s vain, materialistic, opportunistic, shameless and embarrassing all at once, truly insufferable.

13. Well she finally landed herself at ZhiMing’s house, lol. She doesn’t even have a proper relationship with ChengHuan but is boasting to everyone about the hotel like her daughter’s wealth is her own. Not surprised she started to waltz into the hotel as she pleased to “help” while making things worse, as usual. It’s like she’s literally incapable of learning from her mistakes at all.

14. I’m proud that ChengZao finally was brave enough to confess, but this wasn’t the best time for it. YongXin is processing a lot right now with that disgusting ex from hell, she’ll need time to believe in him that way. And tbh, after that plagiarism fiasco, YongXin really should have taken out a restraining order against that guy, and with this latest physical scramble she has strong grounds to do it now. That would be my legal advice bc he clearly intends to ruin her life after leaving him and it could affect her relationship with her child in the future.

Look how she rubs her “new money” wealth in other’s faces now.😪 She is so tacky, loud and uncouth and no different to Xin fam.😂 Wealth is quiet, u don’t see Mark Zuckerberg flaunting his wealth.

16. Huan’s Mom is correct that there are a lot of issues with the hotel but she is the biggest issue the moment she think she is the boss of the hotel just because Huan is her daughter.

17. Why grandma! I guess there wouldn’t be any change in storyline direction if they didn’t sacrifice the grandma’s character but still…

    Huan’s mom being the busy body again. She can’t even manage the issues in her own household what makes her the facilitator of this hotel. If the plumbing goes awry is she going to be scooping poops all day long 🤪🤭🤣
