Synopsis:
On the first day of attending his new high school, Park Sae Ro Yi punches his classmate Jang Geun Won, who was bullying another classmate. The bully is the son of CEO Jang Dae Hee. The bully’s father runs restaurant business Jagga where Park Sae Ro Yi’s own father works. CEO Jang Dae Hee demands to Park Sae Ro Yi that he apologizes to his son, but Park Sae Ro Yi refuses. Because of his refusal, Park Sae Ro Yi gets expelled from school and his father gets fired from his job. Soon, an accident takes place. Park Sae Ro Yi’s father dies in a motorcycle accident caused by his ex-classmate Jang Geun Won. Burning with anger, Park Sae Ro Yi viciously beats Jang Geun Won. He is soon arrested and receives prison time for violent assault. Park Sae Ro Yi decides to destroy the Jagga company and take revenge upon CEO Jang Dae Hee and his son Jang Geun Won. Once Park Sae Ro Yi is released from prison, he opens a restaurant in Itaewon, Seoul. Jo Yi Seo, who is popular on social media, joins Park Sae Ro Yi’s restaurant and works there as a manager. She has feelings for Park Sae Ro Yi.

  2. Hv watched many popular and outstanding dramas.. but i wud choose Itaewon class <3 if i cud watch it all over again for the 1st time.. omg the amt of stuff u learn r just incredible!
    i hv never felt the urge to watch any drama again but this is smthg diff but still plp don't recognise this masterpiece... cast is marvellous especially park seo joon..his acting is just wow

    2. Not to be mean, I’m just honestly curious. Were you in a hurry while writing this or is there a cap on letters that I’m unaware of? Why did you feel the need to shorten even a four letter word such as “have”? This is the comments section, not a messenger app. I understand this is meant to be a glowing recommendation and I thank you, but it’s difficult for me to take anything you say seriously, when the best you can write up is “cud, wud and amt”. Please tell me you know how to write those words properly lest I witness another ray of hope for the future of humanity go out with a whimper.

  18. I have got to seriously ask, after getting through episode 14 so far… How in the world is everyone ignoring the absolute obvious and staggering level of hypocracy going on in this one? Im actually wondering how exactly this got made? The young girl who plays the manager, Ive seen her slap men, commit workplace sexual harrassment on a continual basis, even AFTER he warning her that it was making him feel uncomfortable… Id like to ask those that have seen it, particularly women… Had the roles been reversed here… HIM kissing her while she was passed out drunk.. after being told was not interested..Or how about him telling her.. “Well I love you so your either going to have to fire me or just deal with it”? I mean WTF is going on here? I have never seen a show that carrys with it such absolute hypocracy it blew my mind…

    1. thats funny because the roles are reversed.All the men i know have catcalled, asked for inaproprate pics of woman , and make constant rape jokes. She slapped the man because THE MAN slapped her FIRST ( if you watched the episode you would know that). NOW the kissing part is wrong, but you see how mad you got when it happend on screen once? This happens in REAL life to EVERY woman i know . even recently on the news. ITS SO NORMALIZED THAT MEN ON SCREEN RAPE WOMAN BUT ITS NOT OKAY WHEN I PROTRAYED AS A GIRL? what do yall men say again ohhh ” it just a movie!!”

      2. Absolutely correct. I’ve heard so many people lashing out at yi seo, but then again, these kind of things have happened so many times (roles being reversed). I just don’t understand the immense hate.

    2. I think ya’ll missed the conversation between Saeroyi and Geun Soo, re-watch it again. He didn’t want to betray his friend, but he chose to do it in the end. Guys be chasing us for years, telling us they love us even when we reject them repeatedly, now it’s wrong coz Yi-seo did the same thing? .
