7. Arang and the Magistrate

9. Iljimae

The period is set during the Joseon Kingdom.

Yong is bit of a Robin Hood. He lives his day life as a regular guy but in the night, he steals from the corrupted and the rich to help the poor. Iljimae is basically an identification mark left by Yong for each of his robberies on a plum tree.

Although he does these robberies to help the poor, he has a personal score to settle as he is looking for the true owner of a sword that caused the death of his father. Eun Chae is young woman who belongs from a family of officers who serve the kingdom. She is kind-hearted and sees purpose in helping the poor.

She admires Yong because of his morals and principals.
