  2. Tell me that you love me – yes I love this show so so so much πŸ’–

If I have to describe this drama in one word then it’s ” HEART WARMING”. While watching this drama I’m happy and emotional at the same time .
Even if this drama had 100 episodes, I would watch it like I watched the first episode.

Awesome story line , superb acting , each and every character fitted their role. I’m happy that I witnessed cha jin woo – Jung mo eun peaceful Love story.
What I can say for Jung Woo-sung…. Cha jin woo character gonna stay in my heart forever because of him. His emotional eyes enough to understand all the viewers what he wants to say.
Thank you for this emotional, joyful, romantic, friendly journey.πŸ₯ΊπŸ₯ΊπŸ’–πŸ’–

  3. Happy Ending chingus….😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 Now I can sleep peacefully πŸ’–πŸ’–

  4. spoiler – its a somewhat happy ending.

at least jin woo got closure in all his past relationships except for moeun as they just broke up but he kind of got over it quick considering with seokyoung he lived in a container for 7 years and didn’t get rid of all their old correspondence until circa 17-18 years after the break up maybe some will say he was young (with seok young) and now he is older he is done with all that nonsense of mourning for relationships.
    who knows?
eitherway, this drama has diverted from the 1995 japanese version at the last minute.
    Peace out.

  5. what kΔ±nd of happy ending was that…. more like rushed ending without showing us if any of them progressed for better ESP lead girl.

  6. Great acting skills throughout, ending a little different from the original Japanese version, maybe just a little better, all in all, a good watch.

  7. Tell me that you love me – yes,I’m telling you I love you 100 ttimes more than before πŸ–€
They did breakup which was necessary. Then they took times to understand what were missing out. At the end FL findout whats her fault & they again meet as a new self. I donno about other but I loved the ending. They didn’t make us cry nor make us miserable. Just gave us a little happy ending.
That part when jw cried & tried to call moeun,I started crying with him. It was heart touchable.
OST, INTRO, DIALOGUE, SCREENPLAY everything was perfect. Especially the intro (I’m still searching for it)
Of course I liked every episode of this drama.I loved every silences they put in this drama. I loved how they express their love, how they Couldn’t express their love. ACTUALLY I LOVED EVERYTHING. Sometimes we need this kind of drama. In our dull schedule we needd this kind of slow burn drama. I’m glad I watched it from first to last ep. AND yeap I’m gonna miss “tell me that you love me” so much. I want to remember this for a very very very very Long time πŸ–€

  8. I cried when Jinwoo finally went to meet his mom. I cried when Jinwoo apologized to Dohun and made Dohun cry. I cried when Jinwoo teared calling out Moeun’s name. I thought he’d call out her name at the airport but I guessed the wrong time. Hahaha

I really love the whole scene and buildup from the moment Jinwoo was hesitating to knock on his mother’s door at the hospital. The way he was anxious, had no clue what he should do, to finally telling her his name and thanking her and then breaking into tears. Jung Woosung needs a daesang for this role!

This episode was all about closure. Closure with his mother. With Seokyung. With Dohun. And finally with Moeun. I feel that Jinwoo got out of his sad phase quickly because part of him was determined to go for it again. To me, that’s what that painting meant when he came back after a year and unveiled it with a smile. He never gave up on their relationship. Or perhaps, like what he told Moeun, thanks to her, he will be fine for the rest of his life. But I’d like to think it’s the former coz from the way he looked at Moeun at the entrance of the theater, it didn’t feel like he had put all that behind him. Instead, I saw hope. He was so ready to get her back.

Honestly, Moeun’s monologue at the end felt kinda meh considering how she handled the relationship. It made more sense when we heard that monologue in the very beginning of this series. But after seeing how she treated Jinwoo….IDK. I can’t help but feel….skeptical? I just hope she won’t hurt Jinwoo again. I’m not saying she must never break up with him if, eventually, she still finds that he’s not right for her, they want different things, or that this hurdle is just too hard to overcome and she ends up unhappy again.

What I’m hoping is that she won’t handle it again like, quote, unquote, “a coward”. Even if things don’t work out anymore, treating Jinwoo the way she did before was just as cruel as what Seokyung did to Jinwoo. Jinwoo could’ve moved on instead of taking her back but he loved her so much. But I guess since Moeun was the one who made a move first, now it was Jinwoo’s turn. They are indeed two very different people.

Jinwoo and Moeun’s reunion at the end was very calm and expected, not the usual climax ending, but it was sort of nice and very fitting for their characters. Moeun’s love for Jinwoo felt much stronger in the beginning, to be honest, up until Seokyung became a bigger problem. But in this episode, for some reason, I wasn’t feeling it anymore. Maybe I was just too disappointed in her in the previous episode. Lol. So no matter how much I see her missing Jinwoo, reminiscing their past, I still feel that she might end up with the same problem. But who knows? Maybe she finally realized it hurts more to lose him. But I really enjoyed Jinwoo’s reunion with his students. Who knew they’d turn out to be his cupid. Haha.

I also love one thing Dohun said–

Lol I’m seeing chemistry between them now especially when they bicker.

This was overall still a very beautiful drama, even with its flaws, just like our leads. It’s a wholesome drama with everyone having a happy ending and getting closure.

  9. I just read the perfect description of what it means to break up, and I like this new prespective. “Breaking up means until recently we loved each other. Leaving means until recently someone was by my side”. I love it. It broke me to see that having felt love even for a second was better than not for Jin Woo, as it was more than he had ever had in his life. It reminded me of that saying it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. The scene with Jin Woo and his mom was this drama’s heartbreaking yet fulfilling moment. It is true that sometimes we can only appreciate or know what we’ve got once we lose it, but we only know what we’ve been missing once it arrives.

I didn’t wholly forgive Mo Eun for how she treated Jin Woo, but she couldn’t forgive herself either, so it evened out, and so did the ending. I love this drama’s message: Sometimes, we miss what’s standing right in front of us because we’re looking for something we think is better, but more importantly, we need to be aware of others and not make assumptions, not to fear silence because sometimes the loudest words are those spoken in silence. Jung Woo Sung was simply beautiful in this drama. Thank you to the writer, director, and all the actors for bringing such a touching drama to life on my little screen. Now, I don’t have anything to watch; this was the only drama I was actively watching but till the next one!

  10. The intro, Ost, screenplay, dialogue, silence everything was perfect.especially The intro (I’m still looking for it) Actually loved everything. I can’t say I’m happy or sad!!? But I can say I have loved this drama. It had put me in peace & made me feel lighter.
Hmm, I going to miss every moment where I cry, laugh & thought.

  11. I don’t know what to make of that. At least she realized what she did, and didn’t run away from a harsh examination of how her behavior affected him. I’m thankful she was self-aware. But, nothing in this episode other than longing for him showed that she’d moved past the issue. He’s still just as deaf, and nothing has shown us she won’t be bothered by it again. Perhaps, the conversation with her mother about making a choice is relevant, but I don’t trust that getting over her self-professed cowardice solves the core problem.

All in all, I’m at least not as pissed as I was in the previous episodes. So, that’s good. Good job everyone involved.

  12. This was a beautiful masterpiece! Such a simple, yet satisfying ending. They can start again without all the baggage they carried throughout life, and finally found a place where they can be themselves and in the moment.

  13. The conversation he had with his ex at the beginning should have happened in ep 13 or 14 but according to people he’s not at fault at all

  14. The ending was okay, too rushed for me. I didn’t like the outcome. What happens when the same issues from before arise again? Has she decided to ignore what she wants in a relationship that he can never give her? It’ll never change…I think it is more practical for them to remain apart but be friendly….feelings/regret are not enough.

  15. I enjoyed the series and it remains one of my faves. I didn’t like that Jin-woo didn’t set boundaries with Seo-Kyung earlier. Aside from that Jin-Woo was mostly green flags. I don’t blame Mo-Eun. I think that her getting cold feet after the honeymoon phase of the relationship wans is true in real life as well. Many people break up and get back together and break up again when a relationship starts to get serious and reality kicks in. Unlike Seo-Kyung who grew up with a deaf father or Ki-Hyun who had been childhood friends with Jin-Woo, Mo-Eun had someone with a loss of hearing her in her life till Jin-Woo. Anyway happy with the ending.

  16. What can I say…? previous episode, I was not happy with the FL but at the drama progressed in this last episode I understood what the moral of the drama was and it is actually better to walk away from some relationship if it is shaky, whether for good or for appreciating the actual bond and what life is about without that person. Both of them went their separate ways and grew up. They found out that they have too much love to throw away. So they have happy ending and he was able to say ‘I love you’ to his lover. I just hope they have completely overcome all their doubts and become stronger in love.

The drama is overall good and rewatch able worthy!

  17. What a Treat it was to watch this show!!! Thanks Writers, Director, and Lead Couple and Great Cast!! So nice to see Jung.

  18. I think they wrapped everything up pretty well. I would have wanted to see one more episode of Jinwoo with his family, getting to know them. I would have wanted to see some more sweet moments of reunited JW and M. Would it have upset anyone to see a hug, a kiss even in the after performance meeting.

It ended well. Love this drama a lot and now that it’s done, I’m kind of lost for something really good like this one. If anyone has recommendations, please share.

  19. Nice ending.Seems like they realised that they loved each other more than they thought they did, during their year apart. I would have loved to see a bit more of the story of the student couple getting together. Their moments were cute

  20. I enjoyed this kdrama with a very realistic love story, people struggle in relationships and sometimes they need to experience other things before being ready for a relationship, sometimes people break up because they get scared, sometimes people don’t know how to show or deal with their feelings, so many things can happen. Both Jinwoo and Moeun were responsible of their misunderstandings and everything else that led them to break up. The relationship didn’t work the first time, but they did the best they could with what their had at the moment, as Johan said “it was your first time loving him.” and no one is perfect. In this case, and since they actually loved each other, they had a second chance in the end, and they took it, which feels like the correct ending for this love story.
It was a beautiful kdrama, totally recommendable for those who enjoy really heartwarming and slow paced and stories.

  21. I guess it’s true… absence makes the heart grow fonder. After a year of being apart. A year older & wiser. Lovely drama.

  22. Am i coward, I can’t come up with the courage to watch the last two episodes??? I don’t want to feel like I won’t have it anymore all those feeling i have been harboring around the whole 14 ep so far.
