  5. I feel like cry….the ending is so heartbreaking….I hate sad ending…before I watch any movie maybe I should have to check if it have sad ending before watching it…w??????????you guys have broke my heart ????

    1. Great series! Amazing actors! Sad but perfect ending! Anyone who banked on revenge looses at the end! Such is life. Oh YH paid for her crime by killing MSA. JDT deserved a sadder ending tho… but the fact the he blew up his life long hard work by himself made it kinda perfect! Overall…. It was beautiful ??????????????????????????????

  10. I literally can’t believe this is over. I only started watching this to fill the hole that Sky Castle left, and just wanted to watch another makjang to get myself riled up. But I can’t believe how invested I got in this story and the characters. I drop most k-dramas after the first few episodes because I get bored, but I constantly watched this from start to finish. I felt so immersed in each episode, and each episode was such a wonderful experience. My daily treat after a stressful day was watching an episode of Penthouse, and watching it felt so truly enjoyable, pleasurable, and fun. My heart actually hurts from the fact that this is over. Although it did get increasingly unrealistic as the series went on, I still couldn’t help but feel love for every episode, and attachment for characters – even those that I deeply hated. The sight of the black screen at the end is just shocking to me, lol. Thank you for being a tv show that I enjoyed so much.

  13. This is such a nice drama. Hope everyone starts with it. The ending has such a nice meaning, yes we all cried there ik, but thankfully to the actors and the staff we were all able to expirience this amazing feelings. Im leaving this comment so we all will be able to come back to the familly of the penthouse! <3

  22. it took me 17 days to watch the whole of penthouse from season 1. I’m definitely glad I didn’t have to wait for episodes. at the same time, I wish they can just continue, now I don’t know what I’m supposed to do again, I don’t have the mental strength for another film again. whoever says it’s over-hyped doesn’t know a good film. every episode is a hit back to back!

    1. I don’t even know how to feel about the ending, the penthouse excited all my expectations. Yes, there were unrealistic plot twists but what I find amazing is how they were still able to keep their audience glued to their seats each and every step of the way. Is it the amazing cast that delivers their roles to the very end? the amazing OST that made the suspense seem so real? I love how they made it seem like a race to see who would be the last one standing. At first, I thought Joo dan tae would be the ultimate villain who will last to the end but who would ever guess he would be outsmarted by cheo jin. I also see a success story with RoNa who might have started out spoiled but preserved to the end, I also loved how the story depicted ju dan tae not as a born villain but someone who started out good with a dream but changed into a monster to achieve his goal. I kind of hated how he got to die in hera palace instead of on the streets as he wished. I loved cheon sojin, she was really a mastermind who could survive anything, and I loved how at the end of the day, her daughter became her ultimate punishment. Most of all, I loved shim ruyeon, she was the strongest character, I loved how she elegantly took down her foes though I wished for a happier end for her

  28. Goodbye Penthouse. It felt like it was more than kdrama. The execution was hands-off the best and I won’t forget it. It is not ‘over-hyped’ it’s worth the watch. Gonna miss it and all the actors.
    The ending had me very sad 🙁
    I just gotta say Seok Hoon has made my heart skip beats during this drama?. Did y’all see the last part with the cast? Like damn…

    What a family. I feel so emotional?

  42. I AM SO SAD. THAT ENDING ME CRY THE MOST. EVERYONE HAD ALL DIED, EVEN SURYEON AND LOGAN. I PERSONALLY DID NOT EXPECT LOGAN TO DIE 🙁 HIS SAD PARTS MADE ME CRY SM BC HE IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER OF PENTHOUSE… SURYEON ENDED UP ACTUALLY DYING TOO! AT THE END YOON HEE DID NOT COME BACK, SHE REALLY DIED AND WE STILL DID NOT GET TO SEE HER. WHAT WILL I DO WITHOUT PENTHOUSE NOW 🙁 I DON’T THINK I CAN REWATCH IT JUST KNOWING HOW IT ALL ENDS…… MY HEART FEELS SO INCOMPLETE.

    This drama made me so happy despite the unrealistic scenes, i became so emotionally attached to this drama, I felt safe watching, my worries and stress went away whenever I watched this since season 1. I just became a whole different person ever since I started watching Penthouse from early 2021, I am so thankful this drama was in my life and I somehow feel connected with some characters, I felt like I didn’t need friends (i was struggling with friendship) I just had penthouse and I never thought it actualy would end like this… I am going to miss seeing the theories and twitter tweets a lot. I loved discussing about this drama, everything just made me calm, happy, and excited. This will forever be my favorite and comfort drama.

  43. it’s a very good drama, began with a lot of confusion and hate towards most of the characters and ended with a meaningful yet sad ending. it showed the truth about life and really brought me to realization how cruel the reality is. each one of them paid for what they did, and the others showed a lot of character development. one of the best kdrama I’ve seen. I’m really gonna miss this one even though it always turned me into gorilla mode everytime something mad happened :’)

  44. The ending made me cry. Everyone paid for their wrong/immoral doings but WHY DIED ?? I was still processing OYH’s death and they hit us with 3 more deaths??!! I’m never getting over this ending

    2. If falling from a skyscraper won’t kill Ju Dan Tae then what will??!
      But i do appreciate the writers for writing a strong villain. I can’t tell you how many times I shouted that man he caught up again!
      As for then ending I wish they didn’t kill Logan and Syeon…. and i did believe till the end that Oh yun Hi could be back!

    It ended peacefully and their children are in a place where they enjoy what they are doing & what they want to do…..
