  6. The end of the drama is not bad for me. It is true that Lan Xichen has given Wangji permission to conceal Wei Ying in Gusu. But whether Lan Qiren will just let it be. Especially seen from the way he looked at Wangji earlier. In the novel, even though they are married. Lan Qiren still didn’t let it slipped away. . He even made a new rule for the disciples, that whoever spoke to Wei Ying would get a punishment. I know this is my selfish thinking. But why don’t we just think, that Wangji decides to go back to Wei Ying and travelling together with him. It matches with ending scene and better in this way✌️✌️✌️

  9. The end sux. Even though they tried to change it from a BL, the way they had LZ acting blew that out of the water, it was too subtle and suggestive all the way through, they could have still left WY to go home with LZ openly, as a friend, not leave it ambiguous and guessing as to whether LZ went up to the top of the hill and was standing behind him as he turned around.LZ already asked for permission from his brother before the Nevernight fight. Really disappointed with the ending.
