1. Bruh, I don’t know if this is going to be a spoiler since it’s just my prediction after watching about an hr and 10 mins in. But it’s probably the daughter of her former patient. There’s no way that her former patient is that nice to her face after sleeping with her husband.
   NVM – It is a spoiler since that ends up being the case. Glad that they showed it in the episode tho because a hint that big would make no sense to include as a twist.
   Also, holy mother forker, they end up giving a bigger twist than that! What kind of motherforking homies do that???
