  2. I am a child of a divorced paret but I don’t act like stupid like this kid. He is just making it an excuse to vent his anger because he can’t live the same spoiled life before. Not everything was obligated to a parent, a middle school kid know what it’s the right thing to do. How come the mother gets blame for everything?!! Does’t he pity his mother jus once?

  3. The son is so spoiled and bratty and parents are so blind with love that I’m finding it extremely annoying. There are many divorced in this world, it’s not a big deal but this kid is using that excuse to be bad.

    I’m watching this drama, because it was so popular but I am really not connecting with it, if we take out unnecessary makjjang stuff and music it doesn’t really have much substance. I’m so bored

    1. Absolutely right. The kid is extremely spoiled and unbearable. As for the female lead, I just can’t understand her, she seems to like being mistreated by her ex, unable to move on and start a new life. Anyway, divorce is a social stigma and a taboo subject in Korea. Women prefer to remain married and unhappy, and not be seen as a failure. Divorce women (not men, of course) are constanly bullied and badmouth by their friends and work colleagues, like they are the ones to blame fot the breaking off, not the men. In Asian countries, marriage is a sacred institution and divorce is a deadly sin. There is more social pressure in these countries than in western countries, where divorcees even have parties to celebrate their freedom and being single again.

  4. Oh wow… All the men are jerks without any conscience or remorse. Even the son is no different. Women are just emotional and stupid. If we watch this drama, that’s what we learn.
