  1. One of my favorite dramas ever! Wow, the lead actress is absolutely amazing. I didn’t know her until I started watching this drama. She’s such a strong female character with a loving heart. I cried, I smiled, I got angry, I laughed, what a rollercoaster of emotions! Thank you for sharing this wonderful drama.

  10. One of the best K drama that i watched. From the story, characters up to the ending. Full of lesson and mother,s love and acceptance for her children. It only shows whether with or without a high rank status in life, A mother will always be a mother to her own.

  12. Ok, I teared up multiple times but I’m fine now. I’m grateful they showed the other Princes, especially my faves Gyesung and Hodong ✌️ I’m glad Gyesung gets to live as herself and Hodong doesn’t feel obligated to lose weight. Let my babies enjoy their lives! It was also nice to see Queen Yoon deciding to go on living, even though she’s lucky she hasn’t met her grandson the little psychopath. And the old hag died, so there’s that! Crown Prince and Princess were cute. Moon Sangmin can definitely be male lead material; he’s tall and handsome but not the typical “pretty boy” in an idol way, which seems like something that Korean producers look for. He’ll probably be the breakout star from this drama. Kim Hyesoo was obviously the MVP of the cast, although I reckon her best moments were when she was expressionless. Not sure why the directors told her to use so much “brow acting” because it was distracting at times, but the scenes where her emotions were conveyed in a different way were great.

  16. Wow …great story. Have to love the differences and uniqueness of each son and how theyve contributed to their mother’s experience (Queen). Really tough for her to finally triumph over the Q Dowager and the evil Minister. Just curious did that Ministers daughter go blind? Looked like she lost her sight, as she didnt see Queen standing there. Kind of amazing to see all the concubines get along as that normally never happens. ..and the throne stable, as that is always fought for. Glad Dowager died. ..haha. ..shame, she thought she was going to continue ..BYE BYE. 7/10 for me. Light hearted, still had challenges (combat evil), twists (Former Prince still alive) and the human experience (Motherhood, Love, Survival). Overall, great performance by Queen ! ??

    1. I was thinking she needed more punishment until I went aware that she lost her mind. When Uisong and her are in their hut she talks about math tutors as if he is still a favored Prince and he replied at her as if they were in the Palace. I think, when she went out, she just didn’t recognize the Queen. like if there is not memories of her in that situation she is living now.

      Thas was her punishment not the exile.
