  1. Hi. Quick rant here.

    My fellow girlies and guys that are watching yumi’s cells, i want to offer some real life advice. Watching this drama specifically, made me even more anxious about getting into a relationship. We have to accept the cold truth that no one is perfect and we all have our bad sides, flaws and red flags. Both wung and babi have their bad sides being: lack of communication and too much kindness. As much as we love our kdramas, we should understand that there would be need for compromise when dating irl. Now im not saying that the problems in her past relationships with them are not valid, no. Im only saying that no one is perfect. Look at babi. He had it all. Knew the right things to say, was extremely kind and understood yumi, pushed her to achieving her dreams, handsome and communicated well. i didnt like the way he got involved with yumi because he was too friendly with her and developed a crush on her while he was dating someone else. hopefully he would work on that. Dont be too strict with dating. Have your standards and dont break them for anyone but if you end up really loving someone, one or two problems shouldnt end the relationship. you guys should communicate, apologize and work on those parts. think about marriages. if people got divorced because of little issues, we would have more divorced couples. Again i understand how yumi wouldve seen the situation and breaking up was inevitable.

    Unless the problem is cheating. thats where i draw the line. Break up with them.

    Also, idk why many people say babi cheated. Homeboy literally moved houses because he sensed daeun was bad news for him. its normal to infatuate with someone if you see them everyday, doesnt mean he didnt care about yumi or wanted to hurt her. and i dont think hes a womaniizer either. he probably has no boundaries and is overly friendly with people, women. remember ug? her crush at work that wasnt straight? he was friendly too with ruby till he drew the line. babi needs to start drawing lines with women as much as he respects them and is kind to them.

    idk how this drama will end. im already getting sad and unmotivated to watch it but i hope yumi is happy with whoever she chooses. thats the most important thing 🙂

  5. This is so sad, I was totally hurt by what Babi did (which he did not do intentionally). I understand that as humans we tend to waver, he tried to resolve his feelings by moving away from Da-eun. Hopefully, you guys remember the episode when Yumi asked when Babi started to have feelings for her which memories of it were destroyed by Babi’s cells, I believe it was when he gave him her jacket, which he did for Da-eun as well, which I think the reason why they destroyed the memory and told Yumi a different story. And as you know, Babi’s cells are such romantics maybe the reason why he wavers by the gesture that he saw and felt with Da-eun, for me this is a red flag, because if Yumi’s forgives him now he will definitely do it again. I felt like he is such a womanizer, thou he doesn’t seem like one thou he wavered he made a decision to move away. But being to emotional by simple gestures that girls tend to do to you. hmmm does not sound too good. He did not exactly cheat, but we all felt betrayed by him. Think of what Yumi felt when she discovered this.

    For Wung, I’m not sure how to feel about him. I still have lingering feelings for Babi like Yumi. Hahaha. Maybe because of what Babi was to Yumi, which was a very special person. He helped Yumi with her dreams and made Yumi feel very special whilst I understand that Wung really loved Yumi but for me it was still a bit of an immature relationship back then. Maybe if Wung and Yumi get back together it will change but it will depend on how Yumi really feels. It will definitely not work if she still has lingering feelings for Babi.

    I support whoever it is that Yumi chooses at the end, but hopefully what I see on the comments section about this Soonrok Shin guys really appears. A new love interest for Yumi and will eventually be her happy ending.

    I love this series. I hope there is no end to Yumi’s story until she get’s married, have kids, and grand kids <3

  8. I would say,neither are good for Yumi.
    Although she’s been hurt by BaBi not long ago and as it seems probably consider BaBi rather than Woong.

    Why though? because there wasn’t really any closer between them
    and she moved on since the breakup with Woong,and opend up to BaBi after she experienced
    different relationship and feelings. She didn’t really got over him,and he came back to the neighborhood.
    I hope with this,she will get the chance to dump him properly because he doesn’t deserve her.
    He is the womanizer type. He has toxic trait that he prob cant get rid of.

    Woong is a good guy,but his breakup with Yumi was horrible,cold and in he’s selfish ways
    wanted to make Yumi comfortable living but didnt even confronted her or shared about his worries,that’s really
    toxic.
    And the show he put up when he saw her again? Dude you’re cringe,seriously.

    In perfect world,she would move on and meet someone new after some healing,
    But my guess is that the show will lead Yumi to choose between one of them.
    It is the most relatable story, with all the flaws and feelings each of them have (What make us humans ,behave ,act ,with flaws and have these types mistakes during serious relationships).
    The story is excellent ,great work.

    1. There’s nothing worser than a womanizer, giving sympathy to other woman and giving a ride to a girl who confessed her feelings to him while he is in a relationship. Too insensitive showing kindness too much kindness to other girl , I wonder what was he thinking

  10. I was really a fan of this drama since season 1..I love Babi’s gestures and affection towards Yu Mi. He always kisses her so lovingly as a sign of his devotion to her…so cute and adorable. Henceforth, I also like the kind gestures of Wang Yu sacrificing himself for the happiness and success of Yu MI. You can hardly tell who she is gonna end up with…I really like the two guys. Who might he be as the story unfolds, I can only wish and pray that Yu Mi can finally find her ultimate husband.

  11. I would want her to end up with Woong instead of Babi. He literally cheated on her, the moment you think of another person, that’s already a red flag. Regardless if their relationship was great that’s meaningless. Yumi can’t settle for someone with the likes of Babi and the same goes for all the girls out there. It was always Woong since the only reason why they broke up was he was struggling and he didn’t want to Yumi to suffer while she was with her. But he always loved her, he may have forgotten her for awhile but the same feelings was there. It didn’t even took him a long time before realizing that.

    However, on the 10th episode, if you looked at Yumi’s reaction when she met with Woong, I can’t see anymore lingering feelings or change of emotion in her eyes. While when Babi said that he missed her so much, the expression of her eyes changed and it still shows that she was deeply hurt with what happened between them.

    So, whoever she chooses at the end of this season, should be the person who can make her happy. That’s all that matters. I will support whoever it is. And yes, just like you guys, I’m so invested in this series, and felt depressed when Babi and Yumi broke up. Lol. I don’t think there will be a 3rd male lead here or season 3 because there was no official announcement.

  13. One only thinks he’s good enough for love and giving love when he has money. Would he break up again when he goes bankrupt or has les money? The other one got feelings but didn’t act on it. Or act on in after breakup. Having feelings for someone isn’t cheating, everybody has them a couple of times in their life. Good story though, love the cells. LOL.

    1. this is what i’ve been trying to say. feelings come and go and thats okay and normal, the problem is acting on them. my problem with woong is that he is not as emotionally intelligent as BaBi and he can be very cold. and you’re right, what would happen if his company goes bankrupt sincehe values money more than a lot of things.

  22. Looking at the chemistry and how the man treated yumi captured in the series, I still vote for Babi.

    1. His problem are he is too kind, too care, to everyone. And he is not aware that it could lead to misperception and might be cause himself get waver.
    2. But only when da eun confessed, he just realized –> meaning he did not care at all and it is pure kindness (?). and after he realized, to protect his relationship with Yumi, to avoid that the earthquake get bigger, he choose to move. Which is the prove on the right action. He never meant to cheat.

    But, to continue the relationship, Yumi & Babi need to be open to one and another. Yumi need to tell certain things that she hates & cannot tolerate. Do not only accept things and burst at one time saying break up, and babi need to be honest with himself and commit to change, be more on guard! even yumi saw other man like paper dolls in season 1.

    hahaha why im so invested with this kdrama, this is not real life

  24. What is the first time baby fell in love with her? I think he was still with her ex and he got swayed by her! If that is the case in my In my head makes sense. If that’s true I wouldn’t be with Bobby in that case wongs much better

  32. I don’t understand why Wong should have a chance. Like, what’s the reason? what does he did for keep up his emocional responability with Yumi? He just LEAVE. On the other hand, Babi was selling his house to get away from someone who may cause damage to his relationship with Yumi and his own feelings. Please, try it… Change my mind! 🙂

  40. well personally l feel if one of the guys is to get a chance,it should be Woong because for this guy the circumstances worked against him considering that he was broke and all that. bt for Yu babi he got shaken by some other girl and should not ge a chance.
