  1. This is my final theory now that we are nearing the end:



    I think the mistress believes the grandad stole her psycho son’s birth-rite due to the events that involved the embezzlement years ago, that I think she went to jail for. I believe her revenge was to strip the Hongs of everything and give it back to her son as a way of restoring the birth-rite she thinks he’s owed. It’s even gotten me thinking about the 900M slush fund. What if that slush fund was created using the money embezzled all those years ago and that’s why they’re after it. Not just because it’s a lot of money but because they think it rightfully belongs to them. 



    When grandpa was alive I said I didn’t think the writers would have him be at fault because k-dramas tend to keep their non-antagonist characters blameless. Thus, these things usually end up as a misunderstanding that exonerates the person linked to the good guys. However, now that grandpa has died I’m having second thoughts. I’m wondering if they will make the grandpa be at fault after all. We all know k-dramas are ok with blaming things on the dead as they feel it would be easier for viewers to digest, since the person is dead anyway. Could they be going this route or will they keep him blameless in the end?

  3. Just want to mention that this is the first kdrama to receive 1 BILLION views on tvN, which is so well-deserved! It’s a wonderful achievement and it’s all thanks to the amazing cast, amazing film production and AMAZING WRITER!

  4. Hopefully at the end of this drama, depending on the outcome (hopefully happy) there’s a new age of kdramas that are longer, have better writing and have two leads with this good chemistry. I love the cameos and the use of cast members that are not just all good looks, but raw talent. Kdramas have been very recycled recently and this feels like a fresh breath of air- something I actually look forward to in the week.

  8. This episode is so sad 😭. Haein can get a surgery but she’ll lose her memory 😢. Hyunwoo had to make a video telling her that he is her husband and loves her so she’ll remember him.

  9. *******SPOILERS********

    There were marks of something being stored there before being moved, so figured within the first two minutes that the bad guys got to the money first.

    Looks like FL will get the surgery and it will be successful but she will lose her memories (the video logs by ML made me🥹😭). I also suspect that we’ll get one last round of SML trying to manipulate FL and with her memories gone he might even succeed for a bit. No doubt he’s rushing to Germany to be by her bedside and he’s narcissistic enough to think that she’ll remember him since they shared early memories. We all know she’ll remember her love for ML in the end.

    You realise that Hung Woo is Superman without the cape 😅. He’s come to the FL’s rescue, found a solution for her illness, rescued his in-laws in their time of need and is in the middle of getting them back their empire. All that’s left is to solve his own father’s role as village head. 😂

    As for the dead body on the news; is it the dude that scammed the land owners? Did psycho kill him to get rid, or is it someone else that’s going to be the key to taking down the bad guys? Please dear lord, let it not be grandpa’s oldest son. The family has been through enough.

    1. Had a feeling in the last episode that Mol Seul-hee or Eun-sung found the secret room and money because Mol Seul-hee was too smug and comfortable at the funeral service at the house.

      They showed a news broadcast toward the end that the dead body was identified as Mr. Pyeon, who is the land broker scammer.

Omg Hae-In is such a troll, love the way she messed with Hyun-Woo when she explained why she applied Balsam on her finger, just to tease him to see his reaction thinking she’s waiting for her 1st love to happen at winter, which unknown to Hyun-Eoo, he is her fist love, while being jealous of himself 🤣🤣🤣 Also cried after learning she’ll loose her memory.
    However as for Ms Moh, she made sure she doesn’t come across suspicious from the Hong family during the funeral of finding the vault to where the late chairman stashed his 900B Won, however why didn’t the chairman tell his family about the panic room and the vault and I’m pissed both Yoon and Ms Moh found the money, but her greed is beyond this world, the fact that she still contends to live in the Hong’s home until a court order for her to move out is the audacity. It seems she intends to use the money to make sure Yoon gets more power with more shares in order to own Queen’s Group Company.

  13. Listen, y’all gonna have to fight me on my love for Grace Go’s characterisation. I just love how shameless she is. She reminds me of Captain Jack Sparrow. Someone else whose characterisation I like is the mistress. She is quite a formidable foe. I respect her villainy. I can’t stand bad guys who are stupid, dumb, pointless or annoying (I’m looking at you psycho).

    P.S. Don’t get it twisted. It’s the characterisation I like. I don’t like them as people. 😂

    do minjun from my love from the star and queen of tears baek hyunwoo
    kim soohyun’s competition is himself
    just notice how much more layers were added into hyunwoo’s character. first it was just pure sadness and now so many emotions like it’s devastation, hope, worry love and fear👏🏻

    also i’m adding kim jiwon’s incredible talent, what a actress she is, the scene had me absolutely stunned, she’s happy crying because she wants to and she can live forever with hyunwoo

    such a versatile actors they are!!

  17. he should’ve let her hear this from the doctor instead, I mean, bringing her that far on such a long flight, giving her hopes and all, and right at that moment he bombed her with the news….either tell her in Korea or let the doctor convince her then….

    though I understand his intentions too but I also completely understand her reaction even though m also anxious and annoyed with the preview where she might leave the hospital to not get the surgery….

I get it that you can’t just kick somebody out of their home just because the partner died but she kicked them out so easily so this feels wrong

By the way I love the fact that Soo-Choel and Hae-In want to speak some time alone with their individual families as Choel intends to make it on his own by living in Hyun-Woo’s parents home and as Hyun-Woo and Hae-In intend to live together alone in Hyun-Woo’s apartment and Hae-In marking her territory around Hyun-Woo is so adorable here 🤣🤣🤣

  29. I didn’t think I could somewhat like Soo Cheol’s wife. I am grateful that makers didn’t turn her into someone who comes back and whines about her situation, play victim card and all. I like her straight forwardness. Though my biggest reason to give her a chance was Geon-u. That kid is so adorable. It pained me whenever he cried because of absence of Seo Cheol.
    I want Hyun Woo and Hae-In’s kid too. I wish a kid for them more than anything in their future relationship

  30. Yes. The script and acting are amazing. But once again, I wanna talk about the cinematography, lighting, set designs. That shot where it transitioned into the snow globe was beautiful.

    This episode paid for the entire series with all the product placements. There should be a drinking game every time a product placement shows up! 🍷🍸🍹🍺🍻🥂🥃🧋

    I still much prefer this to the interruption of real commercials. I read that Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won’s wedding rings “12 million won per pair” with the ring worn by Kim Soo-hyun priced at 1.95 million won, and the ring worn by Kim Ji-won, a full diamond ring, priced at 10.4 million won!

  33. hae in’s gonna get the surgery and will have her memory loss… eun sung will act like he is her guardian and take her away from the family(some drama happens).. hyun woo will trace him, make him pay for his deed and convince Hae In that he is her first love and twins happen and happy ending…

    all i want is Moh suel hee to pay for her deeds more than anyone.. may she end up with no penny left for her….

  34. I got the feeling that the whole Queens family reluctant to go back to their house. It seems like they pretty much well adjusted at hyunwoo’s parents house.

    I can view this as a good sign for both family especially hyunwoo and hae in.

    You can lost your memory, but your feeling wouldn’t. I hope that will be the case.

    I dont like Eunsang go to Germany too. He must have something up of his sleeve.

  36. Both didn’t know they were each other’s first love but fate brought them together. Their ways will always lead to each other no matter what, I trust that!!
    They drifted apart when they lost their child so maybe after spending those days together as newlyweds, a rainbow baby will perhaps announce the ending of a dark chapter and the start of new happy one ♥

  41. KSH is really a great cry-er (there’s a list that I wrote way back then just saying haha) loving and crying for KJW’s Hae In seems so natural. that’s why my delulu heart is with them HAHA.

    back to the drama… I love this episode with Hyun Woo and Hae In just enjoying themselves together I’m actually glad that Hyun Woo talked about the treatment to the parents and the possible side effect and Eun Sung… DUDE JUST GET LOST!!! the Hong’s hate you and Hae In will never love you! yet you’re still following them to Germany?! have some self love or something! come on dude!

    this “situation” though reminded me of 50 first dates so I wasn’t worried at all given the amount of love that Hyun Woo has for Hae In.

  49. My theory is that this drama will have the same ending as the Movie: 50 FIRST DATES.

    HI will lose her memories and everyday HW will meet her and create new memories with her, she will fall in love with hil again and build a strong relationship with her family.

  52. I’m imagining the Moh lady is trying to kill Haein while she’s in Germany and her sung Eunsung came to take advantage of FML’s post-op amnesia but then save her from the attempted crash instead.That’s why Hyunwoo have that semi-relieved face in the end of the teaser.

  53. I love how the dads getting close and it felt like he didn’t want to leave his new buddy and spend more time with him. They had good conversations and it seems like there is some respect and understanding . To bad the moms never fully connected or did I miss any kind of apology toward the mom ? I mean HI mom said sorry to her daughter but she also hurt others

    And it;s sooo endearing seeing the inlaws are getting along well ❤️❤️❤️❤️ The fathers conversations have always been reassuring to watch and to listen to.

    Also, MR COLORBLIND’S DELULU ASS THINK HE CAN WIGGLE HIS WAY INTO HAEIN LIFE post surgery. His audacity never cease to amaze me. Just when I think he can go lower than that. Gosh.
