  3. I’ve never felt this much betrayed in my life!! Is it true mr.lee betrayed us, do jun and ji yang cheol??!! I can’t believe… I still think he can’t betray us like this?? how can he?? I loved his character soo much?…grandpa truly said don’t believe anyone… Anyone!!

  4. 2 episodes left and still no development in the female lead’s character. minyeong is more of an annoying 3rd wheel in this story. the writers just wanted some unnecessary drama/angst in the movie between the lead couple just to fill in the romance quota for this kdrama. not every drama needs romance thrown in!

  9. It’s interesting how he completely gave up on his original family after his mother died. Maybe he can’t change the “big” events like someone dying, but he could probably give them some money behind the scenes, for example a scholarship for his brother or something.

    And as most people say, I honestly don’t care about the romance ?‍♀️ the female lead may like him, but he hasn’t really shown any kind of passion. He mostly accepts her feelings when she’s in the vicinity. Also, he must understand by now that such feelings can turn out to be a weakness, especially because she is a Prosecutor. I don’t understand why Korean writers feel the need to shoehorn romance into 99% of dramas. Not every story has to be about being in love and this was the perfect opportunity to either keep it completely romance-free or show a functional marriage of convenience.

    2. Well said. I love Korean dramas, except for the obligatory romance in most of them. Namkoong Min seems to be the only actor who doesn’t do the romance bit in his dramas.

  10. I don’t really understand what the point is of having the female prosecutor/gf character? This drama could have done without this character. The writers put zero effort in developing this character thus ensuring no chemistry whatsoever with SJK character. At this late in the drama, her character has just become more of an annoyance than anything.

    I cried with the video that grandpa left for dojun :’))) HECK YEAH HE IS YOUR GRANDSON !!!!!!! his favorite indeed you cant change my mind ?
    and dojun wanted to ask minyeong in marriage ??? ☠️☠️ sorry but you guys didnt have enough screentime for me to understand this LOL but I still love her tho 🙁
    (btw her character in the novel/manhwa has a completely different personality hahaha even in her younger days)

  17. The drama is about to end but doesn’t give strong vibes as it used to give before. Grandfather died, Do jun is just wandering around trying to stop succession, the female lead is not so appealing is it was showed in the starting of the episodes. Idk but I am still watching just to see so I don’t miss anything.
