  1. I never watch k-drama but as a donghua fan who particularly loved The Great Journey of Teenager and Word of Honour, and suffering from severe withdrawal symptoms since it ended, I came flying when I found out about this series.

    I can’t believe it has the same soundtrack (a much loved tune of mine that makes my heart sing)!!

    I’ll definitely keep watching ❤️

    Only thing I’d say is, I wish this drama had been more faithful to the characters’ original appearance. The kid Lei Wujie is brawny (which, mixed with his innocence, makes him quite endearing), Sikong has cat eyes (1 blue 1 green) and is uncommonly beautiful, and WuXin (the monk out of the coffin) is known as the most beautiful man in the land) Other than that, well done to the actors and crew for braving this challenge. I’ll be with you

    1. I’ll take back what I said about WuXin, monk leader of the Demon Sect: I was wrong, he is indeed as beautiful here as in the donghua. And he looks exactly as he should and I wouldn’t want anyone else playing his character. He grew on me, he is perfect!
