Minato Akira inherited his grandfather’s coin laundry. And so, the middle-aged former corporate drone, Akira, peacefully ran the well-loved coin laundry. One day, a high-school student, Katsuki Shintaro, enters the coin laundry. Despite the difference in age, they quickly became friends. However, Shintaro suddenly finds out that Akira is gay.

      1. Just because a series didn’t live up to your expectations that doesn’t mean that Japanese BLs aren’t good. If anything they are more realistic and reasonable relationship-wise than other BLs lıke Thai ones. There are many great Japanese BLs like Jack o’ Frost, Utsukushii Kare, Cherry Magic, Fukou-kun wa Kiss Suru Shikanai, Kieta Hatsukoi, The Novelist, Ossan’s Love, Old Fashioned Cupcake, Takara-kun to Amagi-kun, Kimi no Koto dake Miteitai, Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai VS Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko just to name few. These are all great BLs. Thal BL industry is a mess. Even the actors themselves aren’t content with it and complain constantly. The industry became a fan service at this point. They don’t like to be fetishized through toxic, sex-obsessed relationships on the series. Korea and Japan make better BLs when compared to Thai ones. Don’t get me wrong I love watching Thai BLs but it doesn’t change the fact that most of them are problematic. Japanese BLs present better stories and progress. Most Japanese and Korean BLs present realistic issues whereas Thai ones present a story that is highly unreasonable and a little bit impossible to happen in real life.

Name a single Japenese….scrap that a single asian bl that had the same effort put into it as a straight romance drama, i get they have difference in viewership numbers but i find it annoying when they make live actions of manwhas, mangas etc in the bl/yaoi categories and they barely try, majority of the time the actors cant act…
