Lee Ji han cutieeeee i love you since under the queens umbrella😍😍😍
Why do I feel that it’s like a drama of the 2016-2018s? Not really a bad thing cause so far it isn’t that bad but really skipping the family drama a.k.a the other family members but will see how things go.
This just became so much more interesting, at least for me. The entire episode was hilarious (except for the half siblings). We saw at the start how Ji Han was always ready with his antics since childhood, probably because he realized he had to make a place for himself in an environment where he was never welcomed. In this episode I could see potential for developing great chemistry between the FL and Ji Han. Their entire drunk sequence was hilarious. Grandpa was not having itThis just became so much more interesting, at least for me. The entire episode was hilarious. We saw at the start how Ji Han was always ready with his antics since childhood, probably because he realized he had to make a place for himself in an environment where he was never welcomed. In this episode I could see potential for developing great chemistry between the FL and Ji Han. Their entire drunk sequence was hilarious. Grandpa was not having it 🤣🤣.
So it’s confirmed now, the older brother’s secret is infact that he’s gay, and only the FL is aware of that. I liked that one of his reasons for not getting arranged married was the fact that he didn’t want to ruin someone’s life just to keep his secret safe. We also got a better glimpse of why each of the characters are the way they are, including the choices they’re making.
I agree with Ah jeong in the last scene. It doesn’t feel nice putting years of hardwork into something for it to come down to you being labeled as Nepotistic, stealing someone’s place (which was something she had been a victim of herself).
I am happily surprised.
The chemistry between FL and ML is epic. I like the character, she is strong and a fighter. She is honest and has good friends around her. She stays true to her principles and discusses things openly, she has no hidden agenda.
The drama is fun and has some interesting points to discuss about some big prejudices in Korea about sexual orientation and children out of wedlock, nepotism, and connections for jobs.
I really liked the final scene, she teaches him that you can’t do anything to get what you want, and at that point she has a work ethic, she doesn’t want to steal anyone’s place, she wants to earn it on her own merit.
Love it!
First time watching the actors. FL is charming and is able to act , very well.
Next to the words proactive and resilient I am going to put Ji Han’s face.
I never talk about acting because I don’t understand anything, but I like her a lot. She doesn’t overact or start screaming, gesticulating with her hands, opening her eyes wide. Her performance is impeccable for me. Maybe I need to add the writing and direction?
The grandfather in that taxi…without words.
Is the song by Infinite?
Can someone please explain the scene where Do-han runs into the apartment and sees the beat up guy? I didn’t understand what happened there…. Who was that guy? Who beat him up? Why did they beat him up? And what did him getting beat up have to do with Dohan running off to America?
The likely probability here is that its his past ex lover, that got blackmail or are likely being threatened if he reveal his secret.
Now base on the previous episode we can say that his grandfather probably don’t know his secret yet.
Now lets think who be the one with likely have an image be damage? who will likely try to blackmail the him here, if he told the truth that day. we can now cross out his grandfather for now base on the episode 1 and 2. next his half siblings if his half siblings already know his secret they have probably use it by now. (but there could be a plot twist here idk maybe). so let just cross it for now . Next is the girl that his going to marry his fiancé. base on the episodes they have a good relation ship. so its probably not her. BUT what about the girl family? or father what if they know? Yes my guesses is the one that likely hurt his past lover is probably the girl family as for why they still keep agreeing with the marriage probably because of the shares of the company more or less or they want his grandpa company.
This is just my speculation though.
I’m trying to understand Ah Jeong’s decision to refuse help despite her talent, hard work, even putting her life in danger…
Ah Jeong is in her 30s in an industry short for women, if she were an arriviste or something or had multiple casting options or zero talent…She should consider how the industry she works in values networking and connections.
Perhaps Ah Jeong’s decision was influenced by her not being consulted before making the decision, or perhaps she has other reasons that are not immediately clear.
Maybe I should look at the context again.
I encourage myself to reflect on history and try to put together the different elements to understand it better.
Whether it is ethics or values, she is now willing to carry a lie forward. I can’t put the two ideas together.
I’m glad Ah-jeong didn’t reveal Do-han’s secret when she was drunk. I was sooo worried she would slip up! But them badmouthing the grandpa in front of him was hilarious. Hahahhaa!
And contrary to majority, I can feel the chemistry between Ah-jeong and Ji-han, and I also like the chemistry they have. Since we know Do-han is gay since the very beginning, I don’t see any chemistry between them. I also like what Ah-jeong said to him. If they get caught, it would be Ah-jeong who gets the shorter end of the stick. Her life would be ruined since she has no money or power. They may be best friends, but what Do-han is asking of her is too much, in my opinion. Do-han has his reasons and I get where he’s coming from, but his anger towards Ah-jeong was uncalled-for. He is selfish. And it’s not surprising coming from him.
I quite liked the brothers in ep1, but now I’m getting a little annoyed and disappointed at Do-han. Glad that Ah-jeong and Ji-han would be endgame even though Ji-han has made his share of mistakes. Lol.
Wow Ah-jeong is one cool FL. That ending scene felt so real. I guess she could have taken the job. I’ve been there before and sometimes having things handed to you can really break your spirits. She’s been working so hard, she doesn’t deserve to be badmouthed like that.
She works like crazy to spend 6.3 mil on a hair transplant… Ik it’s a birthday gift but they don’t seem that well off to begin with
This z good coz the casting z good.
Man i wish the 2 Male leads switched,.,
Been working for 10 years without any results why not just take the chance and prove yourself instead of just marrying into money
The ML is super handsome and his face card is serving! The whole episode was hilarious lol!
I loveed every bit of it!
And whatever ah jeong said about nepotism is soo damnn true! That scene actually made me tear up, especially when she was reading her parents’ messages! That was a L move from Ji Han! I can’t wait for the next week’s episodes!
this episode is far more better than the starting i really have high expectation from the drama.
“who are you to make me have such regrets…what makes you really awful is that you made me hate myself, not you.”
i was crying while watching the scene, it shows how devastated ahjeong was😭😭
oh jeon jongso the actress you are she has potential to bring out any character out so well and the way she punched jihan on his nose right there ouch it hurts real bad lol but omg yes girl no one has right to say anything bad about you💥
bro jihan has fallen hard already for ahjeong already, i can fell it his heart eyes and their chemistry is visible, the way jihan watches ahjeong and smile like an idiot.😘
just 2 eps in and they’re already one of the most chaotic duos of the year
poor grandpa and secretary lmao this kiddos are so fun around each other while drunk they forgot grandpa is there too
stop it i can’t breathe i’m laughing so hard, funniest scene of this episode not them being like this in front of his grandpa then forget everything the next day lmao that’s so wild 😭😭🤣🤣
oh so jihan has a backstory he saw how his parents died in that accident , rain remind him that incident which changed their life, his trauma never heal like besides his brother on one loved him🥺💔
this whole scene got me so emotional like ahjeong saying dohan feels like a stranger to her with how he still hasn’t told her so many things about his life….OOH MY CHEST PHYSICALLY HURTS SO BAD I NEED TO PROTECT THEIR FRIENDSHIP AT ALL COST
So This week drama …Wedding Impossible and the impossible Heir
Me
I wasnt that sure with the pairing in the beginning but i enjoyed the leads chemistry in this episode. I think it’s a promising drama.
I really loved it when she punched him. Gosh i have missed such strong FL for a long time.
It has been a long time since I’ve watched a drama and fully enjoyed the first episodes so much, the acting, the dialogues and the plot are on point ! The FL ‘s character is also quite refreshing !
Well, this episode is a lot better than the first one. Now I can see the chemistry between the leads and the story looks promising. I’m loving how they are giving some good life lessons in a simple and understandable manner. Since it’ll be only 12 episodes, I hope it goes on with this pace till the end.
I’m still not won over by the show, but damn he’s so fine I’m willing to watch it just for him.
it was so funny the drunk car ride with the grandpa in the front seat lol ive never seen such a scene in a drama before 😂😂
Taekieee reference 😅 I suddenly missed reply 1988. Gonna rewatch it😁
Now you’ve gone and pushed her over the edge causing the very thing you were trying to avoid🤦🏽♀️
And yes there’s only one way to taking care of Na Ah Jeong…marry her yourself!
So she would marry someone who’s gay but won’t get a job that was through connection . Got it 😕 🫤
ah joeong think too highly of herself, the reality of life is not working hard, is work smart even it is nepotism.
Please TvN don’t let us down we need a good drama not so many around lately.
this drama is literally amazing, cant wait for next weeks episodes
-Do Han is really selfish, he doesn’t try to understand her point of view at all. I understand he wants to hide his sexuality cos the world is a shitty place but he is making it FL’s issue. He lied to her all these years and popped up saying “I’m rich, marry me, and I’ll give you money and your dream job cos I know you need it”🙂😔
-That car scene was funny as hell, I can’t wait for them they’ll make a hilarious duo😭😔
I would punch him in the face like she did too (눈‸눈)
I understand where all of you are coming from, but Jihan is more annoying than Dohan in my opinion. Anyways Jong-seo is really nailing her role here. The episodes go by in a flash, that’s how much I’m enjoying this so far, can’t wait for the upcoming episodes!
can they make the MLs a bit more likeable?
i felt so empty with Marry My Husband ending, my Mondays and Tuesdays werent the same . . ;-; HOPEFULLY!! this show makes up for it :3
Can someone please explain to me the dynamics between the 2 brothers and the grandfather? I am confused. Are they his actual grandsons, or no? The parents that died in the car accident was it Ji Han parents, and it was the chairman’s daughter that died?
You cannot accept the lead role by connection but you want to accept 2 b won for fake marriage for 3 years beacuse it hurt your pride ..
Whatever she will be end of begin DIL of LJ group in future.
Love the chemistry between NAJ and JH. The car scene was a riot🤣. They are already tied at the hip.
Sure she is mad at Do Han but she likes JH so when he inadvertently hurt her she (immaturely) felt the need to hurt him back. Game on😍
Can someone please explain me one thing,is this how really is in asian countries?i’m talking about the chaebols and big company shareholders meeting announcements going on television and social network over and over, and the son of CEO getting in a scandal or having a girlfriend….
I’m from France and we also have rich ppl here, more then there, even the richest person on earth(Bernard Arnault)is french, but 99’99999% of the population don’t even lnows his childrens names (or even if he has one)because…NO ONE CARES.I’ts like not a thing here, like at all.
That’s why when i see cdramas or kdramas chaebols (cdramas even worse)like for ex the guy gets drunk or whatever all social networks are on fire, and everyone follows that news etc….why…?don’t these ppl have a life?the idol wave even worse, celebrities being followed and scrutinized to a level of demented obsession,is it really like this?
Whoever wrote this FL character, may both sides of your pillow be cold in hot summers!!! idk how to describe her, she’s flawless and imperfect at the same time, it doesn’t make sense !!! This drama will for sure be on my top10 this year *-*
Don’t they have a little too much free time for ppl who are supposed to be extremely busy?ml following her everywere…isn’t this a little bit childish?is this drama plot teenager level?marry, don’t marry, secret marriage, wtf…
A million stories to be told and serialised but they still go with the same tropes, with the same enemies to love pattern, childish behavior, with mean granpa and cousins with all kinda plot holes just to bring the forced marriage trope with a chaebol
– I don’t get her argumentation in the beginning, when she said, she feared the grandfather might sue her over it. It’s not a legal requirement that you have to be in love in order to marry, is it?
– Oh, and I’m fed up w/ her family already. I skip every scene they are in..
Like i said in ep 1 the ML is really nosy that is uncool, they tried to explained why in the start of ep 2 but in the end of it really make me ill feel
idk why this drama feels like it’s from 2016-2017, maybe its the filter and the way they film the scenes and maybe the styling choices on FL and ML
Idk maybe it’s bc I got too used to the better quality cinematography and outfits of the recent 2023-2024 kdramas that it makes this kdrama seem more old and kinda resemble the kdramas in 2016-2017s
Ok didn’t expect her to punch him lmao, the drunk scene was funny and FL’s character is kinda growing on me
Loving FL and ML interactions (they cute), but the story is kinda absurd and the plot feels flat, hopefully they can improve the way they execute the story a little better
the acting is a little cheesy and it makes me cringe a little, but I gotta get used to it 😬 it just feels like something is missing and idk what that is (chemistry? Acting?) But the main leads are good in their previous dramas so idk why this kdrama feels kinda tacky and cringy at some scenes
The ML and FL are really cute and the part where they got drunk an started talking to each other in the grandfather’s car was so funny.
the Super Junior reference was so funny (yes’ i’m old). it’s somek ind of reference of what gen he was from. older gen. but the point that he mention Eunhyuk saying his name is 2 syllables like EunHyuk (His was Eun Teak) LOL
that got my ELF brain ticking and well, he’s wrong about the name tho. EunHyuk is a stage name not a surname-given name combination XDD
dont mind my comment. just trying to put it out there
The FL is the victim of all of this chaos.
I feel like Jihan did it for her out of care or something like that or it might not be him even at all cause he never admitted it, also i dont get why some comments find him annoying, the backstory literally got explained, he is just trying to help his brother but ik, the way he is doing it is stupid
I also understand where she is coming from, and i saw a few people calling her annoying and that she is afraid to lose her pride in the comments, but it has nothing to do with that, she believes that she should do everything the right way cause she knows how u get stepped all over, so her
unintentionally doing that to a rookie actress, specially the way they shit talked her in the bathroom, she has every right to react like that
The way certain people act in the comments or what they say rlly does scare me
Ok, ok this drama surprised me, it’s quite interesting and I just started to watch it randomly. Like the lead characters so far and even though it has cliche topics they are handled in a different way
i hate and never trust granpaw in anything. so , I think may actually enjoy this drama. i may have to wait till all episodes have aired though…so see you guys on final episode k.
ji han probably had the worst sinuses or cold while filming this .I cant help but hear it.
I am so obsessed with this. This is way better than I thought it would be. I love the plot too. I love Sangmin, Jongseo, and Dowan.
The acting is so perfect and the drama is so enjoyable. I’m looking so forward to Monday!
