Synopsis: Kim Baek Doo, a former standout in Korean wrestling (ssireum) from a prestigious family, grapples with thoughts of retiring from the sport. His reunion with childhood friend Oh Yoo Kyung sparks a pivotal moment. Yoo Kyung takes charge of the struggling Geosan County Office ssireum team on the brink of dissolution. Alongside them are new faces like Min Hyun Wook, adapting seamlessly to life in Geosan County, and enigmatic cafe owner Joo Mi Ran. The team also welcomes new coach Kwak Jin Soo and Baek Doo’s confidant Cho Seok Hee, a police constable. Their collective presence shapes Baek Doo’s journey within the ssireum world.
