  2. I feel like this movie was really good! I just wished the ending was a bit different. The actor who played the deaf girl did such a phenomenal job I think! I’m hard of hearing, so I really could relate to her.

  4. i love this movie the girls acting was also amazing i cried so much in this movie. it shows how hard it is to live as a deaf person. we shoud be thankful about our health i really cried so much….. and also she survived for her dreams and she was also able to won against him even when she couldnt hear a thing she fought inutile the end and she succeded —– im so happy with this movie —— im goin to lern sign language——-

  6. people just talking shit about this movie without any reason, like man how can you even give review about something about which you understood nothing. this movie is giving a really good message like usually we talk about our social issues but we never talked about deaf community. this movie is just about making a deaf person’s life a little easy if you can. like you can see clearly in the public no one listened to the girl while she was asking for help from every person present there but not a single person listened to her……..try to make someone’s (like this girl) life a little easy.they will not ask anything more

  11. i actually really enjoyed it! bcuz it was really midnight! ONE MIDNIGHT! and so many things happened! yall asking where werer ppl! but it seemed that, that street was like that! dark with not many ppl! and that’s why that man was killing ppl there! he knew what was he doing! also when they went to city! there were many ppl lol! you just have to fit in movie and u will get it! everything had their explanation! and it was easy to get it for me! well besides it was very good acting! that crazy man (idk name lol) he showed us many faces in one movie! which was really amazing! not only him but deaf girl! she haven’t say any word but just by emotions it was very good! well gooooood jooob!

  12. 2/5 * I had high hopes with the synopsis but the execution was so weak and the plot is full of holes I am now very disappointed. Watch this if you have nothing better to do and don’t need to use much of your brain functionality.

  23. Police in kdramas and kmovies be doing everything but their job…like tf? They literally ,let him go twice and then the scene that grind my gears was when the soldiers (in uniform) brought her back to him. Everyone who (UNINTENINALLY) helped him in this movie wore a uniform.

    MY MOVIE REVIEW STARTS NOW: MILD SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!!!!!!

    Psychopaths’ are charming, eloquent and pathological liars. We could see in the ending scene where he tried to put a story together because what the FL did was not apart of his plan. She literally pulled an UNO reverse card on him.She played the victim (which she is) and had him become the villain.
    There were many scenes in this movie that brought back memories from older Korean and American films. One scene that significantly stood out was the scene where the antagonist was breaking down the door with an ax. This scene explicitly reminded me of ‘The Shining’ starring Jack Nicholson. The mannerism and the actions of both the antagonist and protagonist [in the scene] were quite similar to that popular scene from this Classic Horror Thriller film.
    Another scene that I found intriguing was the chase scene. This scene showed the antagonist trying to catch the protagonist. I was remined of the popular scene from ‘The Chaser’ a Classic Korean movie that starred one of my favorite actors, Ha Jung Woo. The major difference in this scene though was that the ‘protagonist’ (using this word lightly) was the one doing the chasing.
    The final scene that had me spiraling was the zoom in shot that occurred during the scene where camera work was off the charts and was going in circle (idk if that’s what it’s called. I’m not a film critic…just an average 20 y/o who like Asian films). That shot brought back memories of the movie, ‘The Good, The Bad and The Weird.’ That movie had many zoom in shots and I was reminded of it.
    In conclusion, I liked this movie and the different themes it had. Is it my fave psycho movie? NAH. ‘I Saw the Devil’ still holds that spot. Going on mydramalist right now and I’m gonna rate this movie a 8.0.

  26. bruh how was NOBODY AWAKE in this town???? they better be getting the best rem sleep in their lives jeesh. the plot was good but that part just made it so much harder. also how many times could he have just straight up strangled her? hes like dr doofinshmirtz talking so much before destroying the tristate area and never getting it done smh. decent movie tho. 6/10

    1. well maybe because the killer liked killing with weapons and liked to see blood not to strangle them or something like that killers or serial killers have different type of killing or different preferences of killing he liked to kill with axe and weapons like this in this movie you can watch strangesr from hell there is pure torture towhat those monsters do actually pretty traumatising i couldnt even finish it.
